I was on Tirzepitide once before and my appetite dropped dramatically and I lost the weight I was looking to. I gained a small amount back and then wanted to get back on to finish to my goal. This time I went with the compound through Brello, and after 2 to 3 months notice almost no difference in my appetite and have lost almost no weight at all. It is definitely watered down into their "compound", and is in no way comparable to the real thing. There's no way of knowing how much of the peptide is actually in this compound but I believe it is very very weak and therefore it's very very ineffective. I contacted the company and basically was told too bad.

I just finished my third and last order…
I just finished my third and last order of tirzepatide from Brello. $499 for 3 months was actually a really good deal and suddenly my 2 year plateau ended with 15 lbs gone in 6 months.
Learning now they switched pharmacies which is probably why I gained ALL of this back in the last 3 months of using their product.
When I reached out they didn’t share this information and instead blamed me. This isn’t another plateau and makes absolutely no sense other than that they sent ineffective, diluted vials in my last order.
$500 to gain 15 lbs is insane. I wish I could get my money back, but they do not care about the customer experience and I hope this reflects in their success.

Great product, but ....
Horrible software. It has screwed up the delivery address for most (or all) of my orders since 2025. The software won't let me change it myself, and it keeps reverting back to an invalid address. I've spent countless hours with customer support trying to get things fixed. If they hired some competent software people, it could easily become a 5-star review.

Brello is a rare gem! The process was easy, medications were delivered quickly, packaging was great, and clinical support is available if needed.

The med came in a timely manner. It was packaged nicely with ice packs. It has helped my weight loss wonderfully. I must say that they saturate my inbox with emails. I would like to see less.
