They made it right. I got a refund though I did have to get down right dirty and I told them they should really
Consider changing the way they get people to sign up. Let people try it first. It appeared to be a really good app until I felt like I was scammed. Once that trust is gone it's like the app is no longer interesting. But I changed the review Becuase they did make it right
I have the same experience with this. I took a test online and I was prompted to give a tip for a trial series and I gave them two dollars when I used Apple Pay immediately after that it charged me $14.99 which I did not authorize. I reached out to Support and they are refusing to refund my money saying that I confirmed it on my end I never received a digital file and I never downloaded the app. They're refusing to refund the money. I suggest anybody who has experienced this to report to the following agencies below as I am going to do we need to shut this organization down.

This is the biggest con going they take money out of your bank account when you have not signed for anything. They owe me £14.99. All I did was to do the free test and what do they do take that money out so I would watch it if you go on their site. I would say contact your bank account and say this company is a con and they will stop it.
This is a scam so watch it

I wish there were zero stars. They charge you extra fees that were not authorized. Total scam. Absolutely horrible. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS APP!!!

It wasn't helpful in my daily life. Then trying to cancel was complex & frustrating. Get ready to be surprised by a $29.99 fee for an app you tried for ten minutes. After twelve emails back and forth with customer service, they said they could refund part of the monthly fee. This caused more stress than help. Good luck, hope people don't get sucked into this.

Very disappointing and concerning experience.
I signed up via a Facebook advert for what was clearly presented as a £1 trial. Within moments of paying the £1, an additional £14.99 was taken from my account without clear or informed consent.
This has left me in a very difficult financial position, as that money was needed for essential living costs for myself and my children.
I immediately contacted the company, who state they respond within 4 hours, however I have now sent multiple emails and received no response. On top of this, I have been locked out of the website and app, with my details suddenly showing as “incorrect,” which has prevented me from accessing my account.
What makes this even more concerning is that this service is marketed towards people dealing with trauma and mental health difficulties. As someone currently under a mental health crisis team, I accessed this service in good faith while in a vulnerable state. Instead of support, this situation has caused further distress and financial hardship.
At the moment, I am still awaiting a response and a refund.
I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

This company is nothing more than a bunch of scammers and thieves!! I consented to paying 1 euro to get a 'test result' - and they took an additional 14.99 euro from my account. NO WARNING. NO CONSENT. NO AUTHORISATION. SIMPLY AN ACT OF THEFT. I will be contacting trading standards, google and paypal about them.

I got scammed by them too. I agreed to a dollar donation. When I clicked continue on the next screen they automatically took another $14.99. I have contacted them for a refund and they have not been helpful. I did contact the Apple Store to make them aware as well as my bank to dispute the charge.

What in the world.. I’ve never experienced a merchant that robs off customers who agreed to pay a said price but take more than the amount agreed. I made a voluntary payment of $2 for a donation and surprise! They took another USD$14.99 from my card. this is such a low from an app promoting “well-being” when you’re actually giving me anxiety so please refund it back to me!! I had to check my bank account to realize usd$14.99 was robbed off me. Unscrupulous!!

SCAM COMPANY!!!! Verified FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY!!!! After doing an assessment and completing a $1 charge it was immediately followed by a $14.99 charge for “Wellbeing Guides” these were not listed when purchasing the $1 original charge and falls under fraud. Reaching out to their support that deny any type of refund and now I am having to cancel my card and complete a chargeback from this FRAUDULENT company.

I took a test on TikTok out of curiosity. Donated $1 and now I get a charge for $29.99. I never signed up for a subscription or anything. Never even got the results because it required downloading an app. This company should be shutdown

Absolute scam. Cost is a joke, the only reason they are still in business is because of all the £25 payments that escape your account in the first month. Nobody in their right mind would pay for this. And the irony of it being about mental health, and they themselves exacerbate it. Disgusting. Reported to my bank for fraud.

Another one here to rate the app as a huge scam - I’d paid the minimal amount to access survey results, yet it signed me up as a subscriber & charged me £25!!

Reply from Breeze
There is something wrong with marketing strategy..
Once you create an account to see results and volunteer to donate £€$ ,you automatically enroll to subscription, web takes your card details and starts subscription after 7 days! Company registration is in Cyprus ...
Web is actually interesting but after this cheeky upselling exercise I'm not sure if I trust it...

Same for me as everyone else. Charged $15 for something they said I opted into when I did not. Have emailed back and forth several times and they said the “can’t” refund my money.
Sad that this company is taking advantage of those seeking help for mental health

The app robed me 24.99 on a subscription I did not allow after a 1 pound payment results of a test I never got. See it messed up how you can target vulnerable healing people. Karma will get you.

Be warned: this company uses predatory "dark patterns" to trick users. I clicked a social media ad for a test to observe trauma patterns. After paying a $1 fee for the results, I was hit with an unauthorized $29.99 annual subscription fee.
The results provided were generic, non-actionable, and not at all what was advertised. Once you enter the app, it’s just a basic habit tracker (like "make your bed" reminders), not the mental health insights promised in their marketing.
They intentionally direct you to their website instead of the App Store to bypass Google/Apple refund protections. When I contacted support, they hid behind "Subscription Terms" to deny a refund, completely ignoring that they failed to provide "clear and conspicuous" disclosure of recurring charges required by law.
This is an established pattern of "negative option billing" as seen in hundreds of other reviews here. I have reported this to the Washington State Attorney General, as well as the FTC.
Avoid this app. It is a billing trap disguised as a mental health tool.

These people should be ashamed of themselves!
This is not only unethical. Its evil! Preying on people experiencing mental health challanges!
ITS S SCAM! and should be illegal!
To the people who work here! Take a good look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself.
"Am i proud of the person i am working here, would my parents be proud of me knowing i do what i do, would i be proud of my kids doing what i do and finally would i like it if someone did the same thing to me?"
Disgusting!!

THIS COMPANY IS WEIRD - every single time I have blocked one of their adverts they keep popping back up - their ads sometimes have audio of children screaming and yelling in what sounds to be agony! how they got these recordings to advertise their sick company I don't know but coming and reading all the reviews is sending alarm bells in my head - companies like this can sometimes use their product/advertising as a way to 'sell' potentially harmful content - with the weird adverts - people having money swiped straight from their account even though they never gave them any payment information? and youtube constantly pushing their ads out? just weird and disturbing
