Wow. This is a life changing experience. If you want to learn from the best this is where to go. Johannes has dedicated his life to this. He has an abundance of knowledge which is reflected throughout the whole course. The online modules are extremely informative and have lifelong access to revise. The in person retreat in the mountains is a weekend you will never forget. Do it!! Do it!! Do it!!

This training was powerful, fueled by Johannes’s unparalleled knowledge and unwavering passion… that can only be described as an obsession which is beautiful to see in your facilitator. This is his life’s work and we are invited to experience it as it unfolds. His humility, knowing he’s only just scratching the surface of his life’s work, is inspiring and grounding. Every detail—from the beautiful location to the warm attentive team, nourishing home cooked food —created an environment that nurtures growth for each individual and a deep connection for us all as a group… indeed can only be described as moving and powerful experience.

Genuinely life changing. I went into this course for purely self-development purposes, but came out with the confidence to facilitate breathwork, a deeper love for the practice and an amazing community. I’ve experienced breathwork through other facilitators but Johannes is the best in the biz. Whether you want a new career path, academic insight or deep spiritual development, Breathless has it all and I’m so stoked I took the jump. Everything about this experience was amazing. The team were all very good and not only helped us, but joined us in breathwork with us also. The facilities, food and location were all spectacular. I cannot wait to get up there again and spend more time with the team. This was a life changing experience.

I just completed the Level 1 Instructor Training Course phase 2, with Johannes and the Breathless Expeditions crew in the stunning Snowy Mountains, and it was an absolutely transformative experience! From start to finish, the 4 day weekend was perfectly curated to maximise both learning and enjoyment.

The accommodation was fantastic, and the food (Yum) was not only delicious but thoughtfully prepared to fuel us for each session. Every day was structured beautifully, with just the right balance of intense learning and time to process and practice what we’d covered.
The content of the course was incredibly relevant and well-researched. It’s clear that Johannes has invested an immense amount of time into studying various breathwork techniques, integrating the best of each into a cohesive and practical training package. He’s given us the tools, knowledge and confidence to teach others the power of breathwork, and I feel prepared and inspired to share these methods with my own community.
