From the moment I clicked on the link to becoming a breath work instructor I have felt like nothing was too much to ask. The online course content was easy to follow and compared to other online courses I have completed this was by far the most informative with an amazing amount of course content that was easy to understand and follow.
The online component left me felling prepared to attend the 4-day face to face learning where everything we had learnt online was consolidated with what was a life changing experience. Johannes and his staff were so very welcoming, and any nerves I had had before meeting everyone quickly vanished. The support of the staff and the safe environment that was created allowed me to finally let go of trauma that I have been living with for 47 years alleviating my symptoms of anxiety and PTSD.
I left with a whole new appreciation for the breath and the endless possibilities for the transformational healing that it offers. I am so grateful that I followed my gut when I first saw the ad pop up on face book to try the free seven day course, it has completely transformed my life and I now feel as if I can face anything that life throws at me because I can use my breath to breath my way into clarity. I am so looking forward to sharing the gift of what I have been taught with all my clients.

The teach material is presented in a very organised, tangible and easy to follow way. Johannes teaching style is light and engaging and he has a talent in delivering complex information in a digestible and easy to grasp manner.

The whole team has a magical way of making the space become a warm, inviting, safe and containing space where you can become vulnerable, let things move, shift and heal.

I just completed my Master Breathwork Facilitator training with Johannes and the team at Breathless Expeditions. After completing my level 1 training in January, I decided to continue on to the next level, and so glad I did. The course work is really comprehensive, but easy to digest. The in person training retreats are a truly amazing experience, and I can honestly say they have taken me out of my comfort zone, and given me the confidence to change my life for the better. If you have an interest in breathwork, where science meets spirituality, you can't go past a Breathless experience 💙

Breathless is the real deal. Johannes and his team did an amazing job creating a safe and nurturing environment for our group to learn the beautiful practice of breathwork. The training is very detailed and you leave the training with a scientific based understanding of the practice and everything you need to bring the practice out into the world. Breathwork may be a relatively new practice, but it is growing fast because of its many benefits and breathless is the place to learn!

Really indescribable experience. Both in terms of learning and understanding breath-work to prepare as a facilitator, but the depth of understanding gained about myself through the practice, the environment and setting, as well as the support from Johannes and the group. Not only has my learning about breath-work facilitation been fast tracked, but I know my own practice far more. Highly recommend getting involved with Breathless in any way.

The journey I’ve been on with Breathless has straight-up taken my breath away! 🤯 When I signed up, I wasn’t entirely sure what I was in for - I was looking for an Aussie-based crew with solid local support, evidence-based science, and trauma-informed training. Oh, and a bit of magic with left-of-field fireworks to top it off. Big ask, right? But WOW... Breathless delivered!

Master Training? Totally EPIC. Hands down, some of the best 5 days of my life! 🙌 It gave me all the science and hands-on practice I was craving, while pushing me to my absolute limits—physically, mentally, and spiritually. And the community? The friendships? Absolutely priceless. You can’t buy that kind of magic!
