I haven't had any issues with the orders I've placed
It has always arrived on time and well packaged. I'm really gratefull to be a customer of brazil keratin. Ive been using cirugia plastica for about 3 years and it leaves my hair manageable and I can do my hair quicker than if I don't have the treatment. My hair is very curly and having this treatment prevents me for using a lot of flat iron that is very dangerous is you use it a lot.

Disappointed with Shipping Delays and Lack of Transparency
I placed an urgent order expecting to receive the product within a week. Unfortunately, it’s been over 20 days, and the package was still stuck in Brazil just two days ago.
Nowhere on the website did it disclose that this is a dropshipping operation. They appear to operate from outside the U.S. while using a Florida mailbox tied to a real estate office and a VOIP number that doesn’t even have a proper voicemail—just a generic message saying the client isn’t accepting calls.
Instead of using email for communication, they sent text messages without permission, and I didn’t receive any real response until I escalated the issue to PayPal.
This experience does not reflect the standards I expect from a U.S.-based business. I would not order from them again.
