I've used a lot of different skin care Korean line below zero Dor"24K is the best skin care product I ever used at home I got three different sets in the whole collection peels foam scrub retinol toners caviar vitamin c as at every collection I spent thousands of dollars and like I said it's the best thing I've ever used if you don't use it consistently with the rest of the product it's not going to work right you can't use one or two things you got to use them all it's amazing stuff very expensive but definitely worth it lasts this a good amount of time

BEWARE OF SCAM!!! They are still operating under a different address.
The shop is called **Empire Boutique & Spa**, operating now out of 1674 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL & other Florida addresses – selling counterfeit products of known scam company called D'Or24K and Grace perfect skin. They operate as a front spa shop to scam folks with a different name but it's the same people.

They approach people outside, bring them inside, and perform a “demo” using a product that looks effective. But like the previous reviewer mentioned, whatever they apply on your face during that demonstration is NOT what they end up selling you afterward.

The bottles they give you are completely different from the product they show on one their many fake websites (empirespafl.com). The packaging looks rebranded, cheap. The products are presented as luxury and like "Botox in a cream", but a quick online search will show you that is is nothing but under-eye firming cream worth 20$ at best. Using misleading, aggressive high-pressure sales They will try to charge you anywhere from 5k, 1200$ or $600, or less depending on your budget.

This happened to our family recently, and There are several online reviews of Many elderly citizens who have been preyed on despite being on social security like my mother. Don't fall for it and spread the word.

The products purchased is good on my skin. Skin looks brighter and smooth. People are now recognizing me and I feel happy when I look in the mirror. The cream is doing exactly what is written in the benefits

During my visit, David, the salesperson, pressured me continuously for over one hour, using manipulative and intimidating sales tactics that left me feeling overwhelmed, confused, and emotionally vulnerable.
At no point did I feel free to make a clear decision. I told him repeatedly that I am a 64-year-old living on social security and could not afford this.

Additionally, in my confused state, I was convinced to buy a $30 chocolate dog for his grandson, which felt manipulative in hindsight. Later on, I discovered that the items I purchased were available online for a fraction of the price.

Being in such a disoriented state i learned
about the no-refund policy that offered only store credit, which hadn’t been communicated to me beforehand. There were no signs indicating this, and David didn’t mention it. When I reached out to the company twice via email seeking clarification, I sadly did not receive a response.

I encourage anyone considering visiting D'OR24K to carefully consider their options. It’s concerning to see many reviews echo similar experiences, suggesting a pattern of questionable practices. It's a shame that a store with such issues is allowed to operate within the Galleria Mall. I wish to share my experience to help others make informed choices and protect themselves while shopping.

My lady friend had bought the whole package last year and all her friends have said how beautiful her skin is. That being said she just ran out a week ago. My valentine gift to her was a new purchase ❤️

Fast shipping and wonderful fragrance

I was handed a packet of the D'OR24K Prestige Body Lotion in Miami or Cancun, can't recall which airport. The man told me to put it under the bags under my eyes, so I chalked his insult up to language ignorance as he had a thick Middle Eastern accent and look. First, I wondered why he handed me a packet of body lotion for a face cream; and I don't have bags under my eyes even at 71, but I tried it on my forehead line, and it made a noticeable difference for about 15 minutes. After that, it seemed the same. Not sure what to think of it and it did nothing to the area beneath my eyes where there are minimal wrinkles. I love the scent, but the high-pressure tactics and price are laughable. I probably won't buy for this reason. Also, I don't go to the airport to buy beauty products, so this seemed odd to me as well.

This is a warning to consumers who visit this store in Cozumel and Cancun:
High pressure sales.
Dubious claims about products.
They run a well organized scam in my honest opinion.
No refunds if you are tricked into signing the warranty.
My wife wanted to back out of the sale while still in the store but they claimed she couldn't because she had signed a warranty paper. I Refused the shipment and disputed charges. They reshipped the products and the company somehow managed to win the dispute with the credit card company. They didn't ship all the products that were listed on the receipt, but claim that the ticket is closed and nothing else to do; This company makes it tedious to dispute mistakes in orders and won't refund your money; I will be reporting them to the FTC for consumer rights violations and publishing my experience on every social media site at my disposal.

These product are far from high end. High pressure and ridiculously elevated pricing. Less than mediocre ingredients. Do not fall for this.Not a scam, just a big scheme.

I love the product. I get many compliments about my skin.

My order was not received; another product was sent instead. I will be sending it back after calling tomorrow.

I have been using D'or24k products for 2 years now and love all of their products. I especially love the AHA Cleansing and Exfoliating Foam.

The product arrived on time and the packaging looked premium, but the improvements on my skin were minimal. For the price paid, I expected more visible change. Customer service was responsive, which was the one bright spot.

The product pricing (special sale) and delivery service were excellent. The items I ordered —Cleansing Foam, Hydra Toner, and Exfoliating Pearl Milk Cleanser —help me maintain soft, bright skin.

The company has a wonderful product, though very expensive, works. They were offering a great deal too.
