Why go Braw?
Full-fibre speeds up to 900Mb
Built for real life, not just speed tests. From video calls and gaming to boxsets, smart homes and big downloads, BrawBand gives your household the connection it needs to keep up.
No faff. No nonsense.
Broadband should be easy. That’s why we keep our packages straightforward, our pricing clear, and our availability checker quick to use.
Pick yer package
Whether you need an everyday connection or a proper belter of a broadband package, you can choose the option that suits your home, your habits and your budget.
Helpful Scottish support
When you need a hand, you want to speak to people who know what they’re doing. Our team is here to help you get connected and stay connected.
Built for the way Scotland actually uses the internet.
Some households need broadband for working from home. Some need it for teenagers gaming upstairs while someone else streams downstairs. Some need it for video calls, music, smart TVs, online shopping, schoolwork, cloud backups and the occasional deep dive into cat videos.
Whatever your version of online life looks like, BrawBand is designed to keep things moving smoothly.
Sofa sessions?
Stream, scroll and browse without the dreaded buffering wheel making an appearance.
Home office hero?
Keep your video calls clearer, your files moving and your working day flowing.
Serious streamer or gamer?
Give your household the speed and reliability it needs when everyone’s online at the same time.
Full fibre means proper fibre.
Not all “fibre broadband” is created equal. Older fibre-to-the-cabinet connections still rely on copper for the final stretch to your home, and that copper can slow things down. Full fibre is different because the fibre connection runs directly to the property, helping deliver faster, more reliable broadband.
That means less waiting, less buffering, fewer “is the internet down?” moments, and more time actually enjoying being online.
As rare as spotting Nessie.
We like to say our downtime is as rare as spotting Nessie - practically a myth. But behind the humour is a serious point: reliable broadband matters. Whether it’s a work call, a movie night, an online game or a quick catch-up with pals, your connection should be something you can count on.
So if life’s too short for laggy broadband, spinning wheels and big-provider palaver, it might be time to go Braw.
Stay brilliantly connected with BrawBand.

Terrible customer support - Takes nearly a week to respond and imply you're a liar
Been with Brawband for over a year now as I wanted to support local Scottish businesses over big corps despite them costing a bit more, but unfortunately I can't recommend them due to how poor their customer service is, providing no help, incredibly delayed responses and going so far as to suggest I'm either a liar or incompetent.
Received an email about internet outages on Thursday, was 'fixed' a few hours later but I was still experiencing issues with my internet being very unstable, dropping out every 30-60s to the point I couldn't do any Teams calls while working from home.
Customer services refused to provide any assistance suggesting it must be an issue with my home setup (which hasn't changed in a year), eventually saying I need to only have a single device with a 1gb connection connected via ethernet and run speed test - a faff but I did it, confirmed what I had done and sent them a screenshot showing my speeds are very slow.
They then proceeded to ignore this (and follow up emails) for 6(!) days, before responding that I must have used a device without a 1gb port over wifi (why would the port matter if I used wifi...?), effectively calling me either a liar or incompetent, and they're not going to acknowledge any issue "the service itself is nice and stable".
Problem still unresolved at this time, but I plan to leave this dreadful company as soon as I'm able and go with a company that respects its customers.

Brawband - Great Broadband company to deal with, left Virgin media after 30 years as Virgin customer service is -zero and having to call Virgin up to literally*beg* for reasonable costs is just beyond belief.
Called up Brawband and spoke to Andy with various queries before committing to a 2 year deal which he answered honestly and provided me with all information that I required. With Virgin, I literally could not get Internet upstairs so Andy advised me to get the pod extender BUT if upon getting Internet installed to check if I could get Internet upstairs (which I could with zero hassle whatsoever) then I could return the pod at no expense to me.
I did indeed call Andy back to explain that I didn't need the pod and he immediately arranged a return for me and when call ended,I was sent an email to say the return process had begun.
It is so good to actually call up and get to speak to someone knowledgeable and helpful within the UK and will most certainly be recommending Brawband to all and sundry.
Well done Brawband, you have a great staff member (Andy) who provides great Customer service.
Virgin media - take note of a truly good business model (Brawband)!

Simply the best company to deal with
I've had Brawband for around a year now. I had a couple of speed issues, so any time I called, got either Ja early days, the latterly Andrew. Their customer care is superb. Really refreshing these days, proper care and attention. New equipment and quick responses etc. Turns out, one of my Cat 5e leads had a small nick, so after changing that, I'm up to 750mbps. Honestly, one of the best companies I've dealt with.
