Easy to make logos without design experience
I love how easy the design tool is to learn so I am able to work up different designs and I like how many different designs there are to choose from. That said, the one thing that really irritates me (and others I saw on Google complaining about this all the back to 2019) is how there is no way to delete the old drafts that you no longer need or want!

Don't waste your money!
This a great site if you are a noncreative that needs a logo in a hurry. The designs are poor to fair, the y claim that the logos are editable but that is only true of the typography not any logo created. Not for people looking to try out a few ideas and the edit. This is meant for novices with more money than talent.

STAY AWAY!!
STAY AWAY!!! Just like BenA from the US, Brand Crowd have been charging my card for 18months now, I tried cancellling after 1 month! They have since changed subs to weekly ($42.12NZD) 🤬 I have been dealing with them for over a year and they claim to not being able to locate my details via my email, bank acc or card number. I ve since changed cards and they STILL take it out, ANZ say there's nothing they can do. I am at my wits end. Need a lawyer.

Easy to use

Absolutely wonderful experience
The Saas was very easy to use. The website is put together in a way that is helpful and can be navigated with ease. The final product in my case was astonishing. The icing on the cake was the files being free. I will be visiting this site again once my startup is ready to have other marketing items added.
