Misleading adverts
You had a very misleading advert which appeared to offer a 10% off but which was “apparently “ not available on reduced items, even though the reduction was offered during the purchase. That this was a mistake I can accept, but that you failed to reimburse when this was raised with your team I find harder to forgive.
Sorry. I won’t be using you again after this experience!

Hello, we are sorry to hear that you feel this way. However, this offer is genuine and prior to signing up, states that this code cannot be used in conjunction with existing offers (reduced items). Therefore, there was nothing that we could reimburse you for. Our after sales communications were instant and explained this fully. We offered an instant refund, however you were happy to proceed with processing the order.

We sent an extremely apologetic email to you and offered our VIP discount code as a gesture of good will. The particular item that you ordered was indeed due to be restocked in October. This information was provided to us by our suppliers. Unfortunately the manufacturers later discontinued this item and therefore our suppliers received no more stock. The information provided to you was very honest and genuine - with no intention of disappointing you.
