Shaky Start, Poor Finish — Not Reliable for Airbnb Turnovers

I initially chose **Brit Polish** because they had strong reviews, and I hoped they would provide a reliable, professional, end-to-end turnover service for my Airbnb property.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.

One of my main concerns was the laundry process. Linen bundles were routinely left in the building corridor for collection by the laundry company. I raised concerns that this was unfair on other residents and increased the risk of linen being misplaced or going missing. I was assured by the owner that, going forward, collections would be made from inside the apartment, but this did not happen consistently.

Although the team was provided with an iCal calendar feed to their scheduling software, together with email notifications confirming every clean, the first two scheduled turnovers were missed. This may have been due to the owner being away on holiday at the time, but it nevertheless resulted in avoidable disruption.

To their credit, they did respond quickly when a leak occurred at the property. However, because the laundry had not been returned correctly, there was insufficient spare linen available for the affected bedroom. This created unnecessary difficulties at a time when guests needed to be accommodated.

A further issue was the repeated return of linen and towels belonging to **other clients**. I have evidence of this and raised it with the company on several occasions. Instead of resolving the issue, the company chose to terminate the arrangement without notice. Some of my stamped linen was returned, but not enough to make up complete sets, leaving me to purchase replacements.

I was also surprised to receive a charge for the company's software platform, despite never having access to it or any need to use it, as I already operate my own property management system.

Overall, I found the service unreliable, communication slow and disappointing, and the handling of my linen unacceptable. This was made worse by the fact that the owner was away again — this time in the USA for the World Cup — which appeared to leave little oversight when issues arose.

While there were occasions when the team tried to help, the repeated operational issues ultimately outweighed the positives.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the service to other Airbnb hosts looking for a dependable turnover and laundry provider.
