I already owned the amazing 41.5kg adjustable dumbbells from Brain Gain, and I just received the Dumbbell Stand to complete my setup. The stand is incredibly sturdy, looks great, and makes changing weights so much easier and safer.
I also want to give a huge shoutout to Sultan from the customer support team. He was exceptionally professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me with my order. It is rare to see such dedicated and responsive customer service these days.
I highly recommend Brain Gain to anyone looking to build a serious home gym!

I highly recommend this compagny.i ordered a pair of 41.5 kg dumbells ,and infortunately there was an error with the delivery ;one box contained plates of the wrong color and two plates were missing.
However ,i would like to thank Hassan for his responsiveness and professionalism. the issue was resolvedvery quickly and evethingis now in order.
My dumbbells are now completeand yhe product is simply magnificent.

High quality equipment and even better quality customer service! Had a small issue with the weight stickers on one of my adjustable dumbbells and Sultan from customer service responded quickly and got a replacement handle forwarded asap. Brilliant company. Got various bits of training equipment from them and keep coming back.

Needed extra plates for 40kg dumbbells. Zain assisted. Great communication and quick delivery. Plates received today.

Because of problems with the delivery caused by UPS I had to contact Braingain support. Sultan helped me swiftly and friendly to make sure that I received my product with minimal delay. Great customer service!

I bought the adjustable dumbbells up to 32.5 kg two weeks ago and I’m thrilled with them. I’m a physiotherapist and run a small practice where I treat patients with various complaints and also do active training with them. Due to the limited space in my practice, I’m really glad I came across Braingain. The dumbbells are truly excellent!

Additionally, the customer service is very dedicated to helping if you have any difficulties assembling them. Thanks again, Zain! 😊

greta service, .fast and good equipment

Reformer - I tried this reformer but returned it within the 30 day money back period
The shoulder pads are not fixed so move and even pull off during some exercises, the springs are difficult to access because of the footplate and the springs are very noisy scrapping against the metal frame everytime the bed is pushed out.
Contacted to arrange a return and money back all seemed fine and collection by UPS was arranged, waited in for 6 hours for them not to arrive, I contacted braingain who didnt respond until after the weekend (meanwhile I am waiting in again expecting UPS would come having not turned up) they came back to me later that day to say I needed to give them another day and 6 hour time slot and reprint labels, collection was arranged again and UPS came in the last 10 mins of that 6 hour slot so in total I waited 16 hours for the collection, I was still charged the £40 return fee, as goodwill because of the wasted time on my part I would have thought maybe a reduction of this fee would have been nice but I was told it wasn’t their error and so the full amount was taken from my refund.
Although all were polite and helpful when they did reply I feel customer service could have been more understanding and a couple of times a second email was sent by myself before I got a response.
Editing review after contact from Molly at customer care, very apologetic with regards to the collection errors and for taking the £40 fee, have now refunded the amount to me. Thank you Molly for your emails and for resolving quickly for me.

The metal adjustable dumbells work well and save a good deal of time :)

Shipping was very fast and everything was well packaged. Unfortunately, one dumbbell had a technical problem, but this was immediately resolved by Mr. Zain through Braingain with a replacement. I am completely satisfied and can highly recommend them.

I bought a walking pad and unfortunately it broke within a couple uses. Fortunately, BrainGain offers free return/replacements for faulty items. When contacting the team, Zain from BrainGain promptly assisted and supported my queries and I returned the machine and received a refund within two weeks of making my support request.
