Website was excellent, order acknowledgement prompt. The only slight thing wrong was that I didn't get any indication of what time of day the delivery would be - but the delivery driver was extremely helpful and courteous.

Ordered online, it was easy to find what I was looking for. I received an email for the delivery date but it wasn't suitable, Amy was more than helpful and rearranged my delivery to suit me, her customer service was outstanding

Great staff but weird system
Warehouse staff were great. Really helpful. But even if you order online then collect in store, you have to pick up items from the storage areas, then go back inside the shop to get an invoice. Crazy. Especially when it takes longer to do that than collect your actual order!

We apologise for the inconvenience but due to the nature of some of the collection goods storing them in the yard for collection and then confirming in branch is currently the best procedure.
I will look into this further and feed this back to the relevant teams to see if there is anything we can do to improve the process and experience in future.
