Great company to deal with
Great price, easy for me a one man team to use and source materials without having to search for hours for the best prices. Also they delivered on time and with the additional request I put in also. Sales team were great and delivery driver was perfect too.

Very easy to progress through website when ordering.
Contacted the depot by email on morning of delivery ,quick reply which helped a lot.
The driver was very efficient and courteous.

Mix up of online order.
Ordered 1 brick jointer, paid for online . Received an email from the store to say that as I had ordered 2 items and they only had 1 in stick, they would have to order the second one from their warehouse. I called in to store to query the order , but they didn't even have the 1 item in store and couldn't explain the mixup . Still waiting for a follow up email to confirm items are in store .
