The driver was very friendly and helpful in delivering the items to the exact place on my property and being very careful not to obstruct the road and traffic. He is a credit to your company

Fantastic business
Fantastic business, highly recommend. Forgot about something I should have added onto my order, with the lorry leaving within minutes, they sorted it all for me, added it to my existing order and it was delivered exactly when they said it would be 1 hour later. Gentleman on the phone was super and genuinely wanted to help.

Couldn’t ask for better service.
Ordered online over a weekend. Had a call on the Monday morning to arrange delivery that week.
Considerate delivery driver who helped my husband take the fence panels into our garage.
Couldn’t ask for more.

Very Poor Service - No Delivery - No Phone Call
I oerdered 2 bags of soil last week and was told by an answerphone message that it would be delivered on Tuesday. I employed my landscaper to move the soil today and start work. The soil did not come and I’ve had no phone call or explanation. When I rang today the delivery manager was off for lunch but promised to ring me back - that was 2 hours ago and I’ve still heard nothing.
That’s why you get ONE STAR - VERY VERY POOR.
