Excellent all round
I recently ordered two 800 kilo bags of gravel and sand plus timber and cement for two bases for a new shed and a new greenhouse.
The online ordering was easy to follow, the follow up tel. confirmation of the delivery date was very efficient and courteous.
Above all the customer service and helpfulness of the delivery driver, Ben, was outstanding.
What’s more the products are good and priced competitively.
I’ve since collected a top up of cement from the same depot that handled the delivery in Ilminster and received an equally good level of customer service and help.
Thank you Bradfords Ilminster, I’ll be back!

Great service
Delivery was made quickly and offloaded well causing no issues. One item was wrong but that was replaced the same day so overall an excellent service from a local supplier.

Ordering was reasonably easy.
Ordering was reasonably easy and delivery was quick. The driver was friendly and efficient. The timber was almost perfect, but one piece had a chunk missing out of it, hence 4 * not 5. It doesn't matter too much as I can probably cut round it, but for a great finish it would have to go back. Although I ordered the cheaper "sawn" timber, it arrived planed and eased. That was nice!

Great service delivered by a really nice guy.
And I’m bound to say that when I have visited their Illminster depot everyone is super helpful in a really friendly way. Wickes and B&Q could take a leaf out of Bradfords customer service manual.

Ordering process was easy, wood quality not great
Ordering process was easy, delivery went well. However, I was surprised at the low quality of the plywood I received. It was riddled with holes where the ply originally had knots. Luckily where I plan to use it this is not a major problem as it won't be in sight. For structural ply it looked like a lot of the structure was compromised. I've ordered the same plywood once before from them and it was in near pristine condition, so not sure what is going on.
