Excellent service in-store and delivered on time.

The two sofas arrived in very good condition and were delivered into our lounge without any fuss. We are very pleased with our purchase..

This is the second time that we have had to wait nearly six months for the items we purchased in store to be delivered. In addition there is apparently no online service available for this furniture store, which I find amazing in this day and age.

Excellent store with a wide range of styles. Great customer service and competitive pricing. Have bought from this store twice now and very pleased with the operation. Highly recommended.

The table I ordered was a lovely sturdy table, I took home the colour charts before ordering but unfortunately it is much darker than the sample which is very unfortunate.

I can honestly say that a delivery man were just wonderful.they unpacked my hall table ,put the handles on and took all the packaging with them.they were so polite, helpful,first class service.thank you

Very comfy sofa. Fits our living room perfectly due to the many different size options it could be mad in.
The staff in Hedge End were very knowledgeable and helped us with fabric choices.

Call received informing me of the time of delivery, both from the logistics office and from the delivery team when they were on the way. Both delivery gentlemen were very helpful and polite. Suite positioned where requested. All wrapping removed. Very satisfied with the way in which the whole order/delivery process was handled. Thank you

We went to an upmarket retail shop in Reading where we live to purchase a new three piece suite. The staff didn't get off their chairs & were no help at all.
Our daughter lives in Southampton & suggested we try Bradbeers the difference was remarkable they were friendly helpful & after showing us the range we were interested in explaining the good points the sale rep then left the family to discus the options. At no point was any pressure applied to purchase.
We picked the one we were interested in paid the deposit & left. The suite was delivered by 2 very helpful lads who were on time, placing the new items where required removing the old suite. I'm delighted we came to Bradbeers & if we require anything else would be glad to return

Purchased in store and took away chairs to match previously purchased items. Staff all very helpful and efficient. Can’t say more

Excellent service and gave good advise on our purchasers . Our sofa was delivered on time but we are still waiting for our Stressless chair. We appreciate that this is more to do with the manufacturers in Norway than Bradbeers. I have contacted Bradbeers to get an update and everyone on the phone is always very helpful. Thank you.
