The servicing was okay but the rest of the heating system was not checked.
The servicing was okay but only the boiler was serviced. My insurance includes the servicing of the complete heating system, including radiators etc. This was not done. Also, the engineer left the heating system running after servicing, he did not turn it off.

Hard to get service certificate.
I had a new boiler installed a few years ago, it's reliable and very efficient. Since then I've had the boiler serviced annually, the engineers have been very polite and professional. The only issue I have with Boxt is the app and trying to get the various certificates and reports after the service has been serviced. Obviously you need this information to prove you've had the boiler regularly serviced to keep the ten year guarantee.
