Brilliant from start to finish very polite respectful job done efficiently cleaned up and took away all associated rubbish and explained how to work new appliances

The installer was professional,friendly, helpful and polite.

I previously had a boiler installed through Boxt and the experience was excellent. Communication was clear, the engineer and parts arrived as expected, the work was completed efficiently, and everything was left tidy afterwards.

Based on that, I decided to go ahead with a solar installation as well.
Everything was fine up until the actual installation date. On the day, not enough equipment was delivered, so the engineers had to abandon the job. I was told someone would contact me to rearrange. This was on 26th May.

Since that day, I have had no contact whatsoever from Boxt.

The next day, electricians turned up unannounced to do the cabling. Luckily I happened to be at home. They also informed me that the panel installation had been rescheduled for that Friday — again, without anyone checking with me. The installation went ahead while I was out, but I received no update again from Boxt.

The following Monday 1st June, nobody arrived to remove the scaffolding. After contacting both the scaffolding company and Boxt, I eventually learned that Boxt had cancelled the scaffolders without giving me any explanation.

I have tried repeatedly to contact Boxt since then and haven’t even received a one‑line email acknowledging my messages.

Fast forward to this morning (10th June) and the electricians turned up again, expecting equipment that hadn’t been delivered. This was the first I’d heard that anything was still outstanding.

Overall, the lack of communication has been astonishing, especially compared to my previous experience. The installation may or may not be complete — I genuinely don’t know, because nobody at Boxt will tell me what is going on.

I would like to thank the two engineers who came to install my boiler. They were both extremely professional, polite, and hardworking throughout the entire job.

They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and carried out the installation to a very high standard. They kept the work area tidy, treated my home with respect, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left.

Their workmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and they were friendly and approachable throughout the process. I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a boiler installation.

Problem free, polite service.

Fantastic service from first call through to installation; everything clearly explained, were £1000 cheaper than the local installer and the chap who installed it was fantastic - everyone went above and beyond - thank you, will recommend you guys

Quick,easy,efficient & on time.

The servicing was okay but only the boiler was serviced. My insurance includes the servicing of the complete heating system, including radiators etc. This was not done. Also, the engineer left the heating system running after servicing, he did not turn it off.
