I ordered 4 tiny worry bears as gifts. They arrived weeks later one with a deformed face. Asked for it to be replaced. No answer and messages weren't even recognised. Website not even there. Messages can't be delivered so I wouldn't trust this site at all.

Ordered two items (pairs of animal socks) for gifts. Firstly charged my bank the wrong amount and now I can’t access the website or email company (keeps bouncing back) even after receiving a confirmation purchase email

I ordered an indestructible dog toy from this allegedly Uk company . The toy was destroyed within 5 minutes ! Dangerous for dogs ! After complaining they offered me £2 😂😂 said I could return it if I had a qr code on the packaging ! This company is a scam based in Hong Kong don’t be fooled

This company is a scam. I bought a pair of glasses which they claimed can be adjusted for distance. A total lie. Could have bought these at my local chemist for a few euro.
Wish i had read these reviews earlier.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - they are complete frauds - read all the appalling reviews - I wish I had !!!! They send rubbish items from Hong Kong which are not as descibed, they refuse to refund and refuse to pay for returns even though they sent incorrect items. What they did send was not as described (asymetric jumber) it was of very poor quality not as the picture depicted on their site, this was a horrible nylon fleece type material which was huge.

If you order you are wasting your money - be warned !!

I too am reporting them to the International Consumer Centre but doubt anything will happen.

A fraudulent company that pretend to be UK based but are in fact in Hong Kong. I ordered an Asymmetric one size oatmeal jumper advertised on social media. I changed my mind, and cancelled the order. They did not honour their cancellation policy - it was cancelled before it was dispatched, but they still proceeded to send it the following day. The dispatch notice said it was coming from Alberquque, America. I reported it to PayPal, which I opt for at checkout for buyer protection. They did nothing. The goods came two weeks later - way too big & not the colour shown on their website. The quality wasn't great either. I'm an average UK size. Their returns policy is that returns postage is included - it was free as the order was over £19.99 so the returns should also be free. It doesn't state that the customer has to pay to return if its a free shipping order. I requested a postage paid returns label which they refused to give me. They gave me a return address - the company is in fact based in Hong Kong. I took the parcel to return it via Evri - the cheapest option was £15.99. Royal Mail was £19.99. It wasn't worth the risk of it being lost at an extra cost to me, even if I was refunded I'd only be £12 better off on the order of £27.99. I'd have to claim it off Evri, which is time consuming. I'd already spent far too long on this already. I'll sell it on Vinted and get what I can for it. I've also reported the company to the International Consumer Centre and await their reply. There was no way of knowing where Bouthdas were really based prior to purchase - they are conning people into believing they are UK based. I don't buy goods from abroad for all the reasons and issues that have arisen. I feel deceived. They don't uphold their own policies on cancellations, & returns are too costly to bother with. Avoid buying from them and report them to the ICC.

When they arrived.I was shocked & disappointed the nose support was missing and one of the side arms was bent.
The company said return the item but I would have to pay extortionate postage costs or they would give me £5refund and I accept/keep the damaged goods.

Pathetic Customer Service from. CRAP BUSINESS who sell CRAP QUALITY ITEMS.

Don't buy from this company. I paid good money for a jumper that looked really nice on advert.
When it arrived.. shocked, it's so cheap and cheaply made, not even a jumper more like horrible fleecy material. Suppose to asymmetric lol ... its straight In the rag bin.

Do not buy from this company it is a scam. On Facebook, they advertise glasses which can allow you to adjust the strength of the prescription with a dial., but what they send you is just a cheap pair of plastic glasses with no dial that can be purchased at a quarter of the price they are asking. Yes, again another rip off company on Facebook getting away with fraud on a daily basis. Avoid them at all costs.
As usual, this company hides behind multiple domains , one being tresure products( spelt incorrectly) and another being StarCraft. Don’t fall for a scam.

It’s a scam. Do not buy anything from their site as they send false tracking details and say parcel has been signed for. Lots of bad reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I have not purchased from this company as I always look on Trustpilot first to read reviews, all reviews appear excellent but look at the name on all the reviews they start with a ‘W’ and end in a different letter, something not right there🤔🤔🤔They think the British are dumb, well think again Scammers , you are a disgrace, and blame your family for bringing up a ‘ Shit for Brains’ arse like you for trying to con us.

I purchased a pair of glasses which supposed to be multi focal glasses as it has been advertised on social media which it was priced for £13.99 but I was charged &23,62 and when I received it just found it is only a magnifying glasses which you can buy in local shop shops in UK for for a £1 is this is a big scam I never buy anything from this company anyhow I am trying to claim the money back through my bank and report them.

DO NOT order of this site - yes you eventually gets good but they are NOT what you originally ordered . Different product, different colour and very inferior. Stay clear and don’t be fooled as I was

ordered two times, both times small extra charges were slipped onto order. shameless. look for these charges but better avoid!
