Order were delivered in 2 different set without proper indication. Was clarified quickly after contacting but causing minor confusing.

I got everything I ordered. My 2 bottles were packaged very well. The delivery time was a couple of days later than expected, but I live in Denmark, so it made sense to me. Very reasonable shipping cost. Overall good experience, would use Bottleofitaly again.

They were good a few years back then it seems something happened and they are no longer reliable. Although they have a good selection of wine, they are taking ages to send the order. I'm addition, my last order (number 172-490230) had 5 bottles missing which they said they would send and never did. After that, they just ignored my emails. I used to place an order every 3 months, more or less, but have stopped and won't be placing any more.

Worse experience ever with an eShop on the Internet. The bottles did not arrive yet and “bottle of Italy” keeps pretending it is shipped again but it is never delivered. Do not order on this side!!

Great products, excellent service and delivery. All bottles arrive without any damage and can enjoy the Forst beers in the sun.

Waited too long. I received at least one mail daily where it was written that delivery is max 4 days to my country. I waited for 13 days. Never ever will order again.
