Very disappointing experience with Botseller.ai
Botseller.ai is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with.
The customer service is extremely poor. As soon as you need support, edits, or technical fixes, you are ignored. The only time they respond quickly is when it is time to collect payment. For everything else — silence.
The so-called “AI bot” is not intelligent and does not learn properly. It behaves like a basic preset chatbot, keeps repeating the same replies, and often duplicates messages over and over again. It does not adapt and does not perform like a real AI assistant.
Since we started working with them, the bot has been unreliable and, most of the time, not working properly. When we asked their team to make changes or fix issues, they either ignored the requests or delayed without any real solution.
Another important issue: their CRM and WhatsApp integrations are done through third-party services (such as Umnico), so you end up paying for multiple subscriptions — one for the third-party service and another for Botseller tokens every month. In the end, you pay a lot and get a weak, unstable product.
They also failed to connect Instagram to the AI, and this issue has remained unresolved since the beginning.
Overall: poor service, weak product, constant issues, and no proper support. I do not recommend dealing with Botseller.ai.
