Never received my package (red light glasses), received an email 13 days after order that delivery was “attempted” and could not be made because of”incorrect address”. Then proceeded to verify my correct address, which is on a major street in NYC.
Then told that it was my responsibility to track down with the chinese shipping company “Yanwen Express”, and give them “landmarks” so they can deliver. Well what do you know the number provided for Yanwen Express does not work.
Disputing charge, and plan on blowing this company up any way I can on social media / google reviews.

I’ve tried other brands with similar features but this product and how the styling is, is perfect and does not require gel pads for conducting its duty!! Love the glasses which allows you to be mobile if needed and not laying to ensure a secure connection to your eye! Also love the color options!

Excellent service ! .. I was having an issue with my revitaleyes . It was new and I don’t think I was using it properly and when I emailed them about the issue they replied right away and gave me ideas to help figure out what the problem was .One of the things they suggested I try was actually the problem ( I just wasn’t doing it right ) ! Im loving revitaleyes and can’t wait to see results ! Buy this product you’ll love how nice it feels !

Well the first one only work for a week and returned it. Contacted customer service and receives response with a new one will be coming.
The actual machine turns off in 10 mins which is great. As of now, I have not notice any inprovement but feels god having it on
