2 Weeks In; No Change

I started using the red light glasses and eye cream regularly just over two weeks ago. Although no negative results, there have been no positive changes yet.

I can’t praise the customer support…

I can’t praise the customer support team enough, I had a problem occur after a few months of use. I emailed the team, they responded immediately, they responded with ideas, which I tried, and and are now sending a replacement device. They were always prompt with their response. Would definitely recommend.

Best customer service…

I had some early issues with this product…due entirely to my own ignorance. ( how to wear the glasses properly so both eyes got equal treatment, how best to apply gel, and finally how to charge it when nothing seemed to work anymore). These issues came up over several months and each time i contacted Botanique, they responded quickly with helpful suggestions…that worked! It’s the best online service I have received in a very long time!

Very pleased

The Rivitaleyes device works well and is simple to use. While my eye bags (malar) haven't vanished, I think they are looking better.
Customer service is also excellent - I thought the device wasn't working properly so emailed them, and they provided clear guidance about what to do, which sorted the problem quickly.
I would purchase from this company again.

I definitely like the feeling that it…

I definitely like the feeling that it feels like it’s working. I’ve only used it a few times so far so I can’t say whether or not it works. The only problem I am having is that the left side doesn’t feel like it’s working as well as the right side.

I simply love this product
