Brilliant quality, price & staff! Plus super fast delivery.

Spoke to the office and ordered a king size aloe Vera mattress. Tom called later that evening and said they were delivering it at 9am the next day!! Very pleasant young man put the new mattress in place, moved another one for us and took the old one away. And the new mattress is very comfortable. Would definitely reuse..

I was really impressed with the updates on my order and the quality of pillows was worth the money. A happy customer.

I ordered a mattress for my mother after seeing business owner Tom’s twitter post! I spoke to a helpful young lady in the office; the team delivered a mattress to my mum. It’s improved her sleep and energy levels! They also took away her old mattress! I am now going to order for myself. Great company and very friendly!

One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with, avoid at all costs! I have been waiting 4 weeks for a refund for a wine cooler I ordered from their Lakeside pop-up shop. Every time I call I’m given various excuses as to why its not been processed yet, I’ve been promised that someone will phone me back but they don’t and now I have email silence from them. Find another company to deal with rather than this one if you want good customer service!!

Do not use this company!! I purchased a table and chair set from a showroom in Lakeside. The parasol is full of holes and the table isn't well made, the glass that sits on top is to small for the actual table and we have to lift it to clean underneath. I have contacted the company numerous times and been promised exchanges, refunds then been fobbed off that the company's accounts system is down.

Best in the business! Daisy and Tom gave me the advice on what mattresses would suit my requirements best and they have not let me down! The products are quality! Mitch who delivered was so helpful!

Ordered a mattress from bosh beds well priced turnt up on time and is unbelievably comfortable best sleep I have had in years.

After hearing out bosh bed from a friend I thought I would try them out and I wasn’t disappointed! From visiting the shop the the delivery the service was amazing! And the mattress and pillow and amazing!

Our Second dealing this year with Bosh Beds. Simple and easy to deal with. Spoke to a young girl in the office. Ordered a mattress, it was delivered a week later. Can’t fault them. Great product and great price. Thanks guys!

Brilliant service

Only ordered my garden furniture Tuesday and had a phone call asking in they can deliver today!….Bit short notice but delivery was superb! also have been upgraded due to my order wasn’t in stock so very happy about that 5 stars and will definitely be using these again!

12 Weeks on from reporting damaged bed been told they would come to repair twice no show. Then told by Tom to fix it your self and now ignoring any contact there only interested in taking your money no after care at all i would pay extra from a reputable store.

A few teething problems to start but after speaking to Thomas he was more than happy to put every right.
More than happy with our purchase of two Cascade mattresses and delivered on a very hot day by Mitchell. Mitchell was very accommodating and made the delivery easy. Before we new it we had two new comfortable mattresses on our beds.

Very helpful and easy to order. Delivered swiftly and professionally. Would definitely recommend and use again!

This company is a joke been waiting over 2 weeks for a refund keep getting lame excuses it's apparently been refunded 3 times and get different excuses every day as to why it wasn't done. I just want my money back and have nothing to do with this shambles of a company. I'm not getting any replies from emails or phone calls stear clear of this company.
