Excellent prices, booking was easy, polite and friendly customer service. Delivered bouncy castle on time and collected on time. Clean, tidy and nothing was too much trouble. Debrief before party on how to use etc. Hired the low ceiling bouncy castle due to venues ceiling height. They where fantastic customer service 100 percent recommend and kids had a fantastic time.

We recently used BB for a Jubilee Celebration, we hired the disco bouncy castle and the kids loved it. The communication from the team was excellent down to obtaining certificates for our event to pick up and delivery. We will be using again if we need to. Cannot reccomend them enough. Thanks again guys, you where awesome!

Bounce buddy were really great with communication and dropped off and collected the bouncy castle reliably, the bouncy castle we had was amazing my little boy loved it!

We were let down by a company last minute and everywhere pretty much seemed fully booked! Bounce buddy responded to my message very quickly and saved the day else there would be one very upset child!

We had an amazing weekend renting the dinosaur bouncy castle. Both the kids (as well as the grown ups) had an absolute ball. The service for ordering, delivery and collection was superb - well priced, organised, very accommodating and super friendly. We will definitely be renting one again very soon!

Found this company via Facebook and ordered disco lights bouncy castle . It was easy to order , was delivered on time and set up and was great , it is a great size and my grandson and a few friends enjoyed a great day . It was a very special treat after lockdown.

Excellent service from initial enquiry to delivery and collection of the bouncy castle for my son’s birthday. The bouncy castle itself was in absolutely brilliant condition and extremely clean, it looked brand new and was the best we’ve hired.

I would absolutely recommend Bouncebuddy to friends and family and will most certainly be using them again myself!
