One month in!
Ive been inside of Karim's consulting program for about a month now and all I can say is 5 stars! Working directly with him and his client success team has been a huge help with sourcing the best deals & making sure the contractual agreement reviews were in my favor! Recommended for any first time real estate investor, or anyone looking to speed up their acquisition process!
Have gone through the program and must say the information and attention to detail is second to none of the others I've seen. The information is all broken down into sizable chunks and the mentors were very helpful and supportive whenever I had any questions. The new property finding software is a huge upgrade compared to the previous version too.
So this might be a different type of review but what I found with this program is that its focused more on taking action rather than watching videos. The system and strategy is straight forward and the coaches and resources help you move along the journey. The process empowered me to be more accountable and get in the "go get it" mindset. You need to take action though, otherwise it's not for you.
Karim is legit, there's a lot of coaches and real estate guys out there but not many actually own as many properties as he does. If you want to own rentals but don't want to deal with the headache, Karim basically gives you his entire automated system he runs with his business. Highly recommend if you're looking at section 8

Section 8 Karim’s mentee here. I’ve been in the program for a while now and honestly it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. I just kept showing up took the advice seriously and tried to make the most of everything.
Over the last 6 months I closed on my first 3 Section 8 properties. The first one took a lot longer than I expected but after that things started to click. Once you understand the process it becomes a lot more straightforward. Right now they’re bringing in a little over $1K a month in cash flow.
The coaches have been great!! and the community is always active. I try to jump on Karim’s Q&A calls whenever I can because there’s always something new to learn or someone asking the same questions I had.
What I liked most is that this isn’t one of those courses where you watch a few videos and you’re on your own. They actually work with you and help you get your first deal done.
I had zero ”0“ real estate background before joining. To be honest real estate always felt like something other people did not someone like me. I was working my regular job and never thought I’d actually buy investment properties. I had some savings decided to take a shot and I’m glad I did.
