Poor quality of product

I am very disappointed with the quality of the product.

I was lead to believe from your videos that the foil was cut to size by a machine, thereby making it completely straight and rectangular as ordered. This is exactly why I ordered your product as I do not have the skills to make a straight cut on such a large item.

The product we have received does not have straight edges. It is obvious that it was cut by hand and therefore, the edges do not all have 90 degrees angles. Also there are a few spots along the sides with small irregularities in the cut.

Time from order to receipt of product was 12 days, which is acceptable.
