I've been waiting since May 22nd for a photo to be delivered to my local store. It is now June 10th.

It is highly disappointing that I pay for delivery, and it isn't exactly cheap, I get charged even to have it to a store and yet after three weeks it still isn't there.

This is why people don't use Boots anymore

in particular a speedy email response to any queries.

Easy and efficient to upload and order prints via the website. Good quality prints too. Sadly the efficiency of the photo printing is let down by very slow delivery by Royal Mail. Boots should look into using a more efficient carrier.

Best quality of gloss photos I've come across. Always look forward to getting them. Wish they offered a reward system or coupons like they used to.

Quick and easy process of ordering photo prints. Reasonably priced and very quickly delivered too.

These were prints made from old phone pictures - they came out far better than expected!

Final product is fine but slow delivery and customer service.

A lovely format for a toddler's present, strong with just the right number of pages.
The album arrived before the expected date, which was nice. However, the colours were much fainter than the original photos or prints we had, this was disappointing and difficult to change at the point of reception.
As a complete beginner in putting together a photo album, I would have appreciated a short tutorial or two, or a list of precise instructions. As it were, I was fumbling to try to achieve what I had in mind, and it took me a long time even just to put together photos on the page, let alone to play with the format. Instructions please? Maybe I didn't find them?

Pleased with the quality and delivery. Quality of book is ggreat. Delivery was as indicated (about a week). Latest Software doesn't work in linux mint.

Had 3 canvas prints made 2 look perfect but for some reason 1 of them (even though it’s an photograph from my camera) looks like it’s been made by AI looks awful and was meant to be a Father’s Day present :/ not only that but the delivery was left in the rain behind our wheelie bin and had gotten wet and had ants climbing all through it
