What a complete shambles!
Last time I had an eye test I gave a 5 star review at Guildford opticians. This experience was the exact opposite. The eye test was a complete disaster with the optician asking me to compare one picture with a second picture (as normal), however to get to the second view I was bombarded with other pictures whilst the optician tried to find the second picture. And this continued for the whole test. In the end she said she couldn't give me a prescription and I should pay for an OTC. I paid, the test was done and I was left sitting in the waiting room whilst others came and had their test and saw someone. I went out to the front desk and they were less than helpful with one member telling me I could go. Later that day I got a call that I missed and I rang the store 6 times on the day and 2 the next day. None of these were answered even though when I was in the store there were at least 2 members of staff by the phone.

A first class experience

I can't rate the team at the Holborn store high enough! From the moment I walked in to have my eye test to the moment I left having ordered a new pair of glasses I was thoroughly looked after! I when to boots at eye opticians , my appointment was 15:00 I reach also 14:30 I spend around two hours there ,after I almost finish I need to use the toilet I ask to borrow their toilet, they told me that they don't have any toilet ,my daughter in law was with me she is pregnant, and the staff refuse to let me use the toilet. Also I am Diabetic which I have told the staff. I ask how can staff don't have toilet to use ,they said that they don't have toilet. Ealing Broadway branch.
