Quick enough to take my money but didnt…

Quick enough to take my money but didnt post out the item. Apparently due to a technical fault! I had to chase them to ask where the order was. I was made to feel like I should have been grateful that they were going to send it out with no charge!! Then offered a £5 refund which wasn't half of the price that I paid. I wont be using this company again.

Brilliant!

Really great selection to choose from, also, I accidentally entered the delivery address incorrectly, and they couldn’t have helped more.
I sent an email and they replied within 30 mins saying they would change the address for me.

I did not receive my parcel emailed…

I did not receive my parcel emailed them & the response was so quick. They answered almost straight away offered me a refund which l received or credit. I was amazed at how quick they dealt with me it was not anyone’s fault it had been sent but not received. The customer service was brilliant certainly recommend them & will be using them again.
