I ordered 2 cards and both the outer boxes looked the same. I asked for some help regarding which was which and got a pretty much immediate helpful response. Children loved the cards.

In July I made an order for my partner, all was well until I received the confirmation details where it stated it was going to be delivered to an incorrect address.
It was only a few days until the occasion so panic was truly on.
I emailed Boomf Customer Service explaining the situation, I got a response within two hours not only acknowledging my issue but confirming they have amended the order and it was to come to the Mrs address.
Couldn’t be happier with the service and I would recommend!

Don’t bother with the pop-up box, make sure you order way before the day. Paid for faster delivery but still took a week to come, I ordered the pop up 3D card, when opened it didn’t pop up and the corners of the box looked damaged

I give 5/5 for the customer support. My order never arrived at its destination which was disappointing because it was for a 50th birthday. I contacted Boomf and Will responded quickly and arranged to have it resent. He is very efficient, quick to respond and is very friendly. Full marks from me. Have never dealt with such a good customer service.

This was my first order from Boomf. I was a little over zealous in that I was ordering for a birthday in the middle of October and after pressing "submit," I realized that it's still September. Then seconds later, I got an email that said, "you're custom order is complete and ready to ship." I realized it would now get there too early and in a panic (small panic), I emailed their customer support to stop the order from going out. Within minutes I received a lovely, humorous note that my order had been put on a hold and that they would send it out in time for the birthday. I haven't even seen the real product, nor has it been delivered, but Boomf has me forever. And, I've already told a half dozen people the story. Five stars ***** Yay Boomf!

I ordered a card with the pop out flying butterfly, unfortunately the elastic band had snapped when it arrived. Will at Boomf arranged for a next day delivery replacement at no cost. Outstanding customer service. This is how to keep customers happy
