Boomerangme has a great concept and many satisfied users. But let me tell you my story.

I purchased a one-year plan on May 3, 2025. Today is July 19, 2025. I still cannot use the service. For some reason, the software will not connect to Mailgun as per the instructions.

The support staff at Mailgun say that my set up there is correct and yet when I try to connect Mailgun through Boomerangme, nothing happens. The API is correct. There has been some finger pointing at Mailgun, but nothing has been done on the Boomerangme end of things, despite repeated requests over almost 3 1/2 months.

I have asked numerous times for a refund since I've had absolutely no use out of the software. I've been ignored. No one seems to want talk about it, much less do anything.

I wanna say boomerangme is WOW in their fast service and answering simple question for us who is new on the platform and need help with basic stuff :) But yeah they are really nice there and having meetings where we can live ask any questions we want in the skool meetings. Meeting with the owner himself. Its just WOW experience so far. and looking forward to start selling this product and make good and win win for everybody. /Claudia

Boomerangme is a digital loyalty platform that enables businesses of all sizes to enhance their client's experiences, increase footfall and nurture brand ambassadors. I found the product to be easy to use with a user interface that is seamless and understood. Boomerangme has a library rich in video tutorials and their biggest asset are their staff. The staff have always been at hand to guide and assist and their dedication is commendable. Another HUGE PLUS are the feature rich enhancements that are being included .

Loyalty cards - this is why I bought this tool. Make a card, send a link or QR code, and boom. Customers have it on Apple Pay & GPay
Gift Card Management - I’m using it, but test only. It’s OK, but without more info. Work.
Loyalty program - Setup it with 2 hours of work. Work like a charm. Very easy and intuitive
Rewards Management - on the dashboard I see everything that is important to get insights about customers & retention
Activity tracker - use it for remarking :)
Referral tracking - super, works great. I use referrals to get new customers. The reward for customer & potential customer. Cool
CRM - I have no opinion. Use it only to have basic information about clients.

As I am a fan of marketing and all kinds of gamification, I was delighted with this software and its possibilities.
This is not a toy, but a serious loyalty system with powerful possibilities. We have various types of loyalty cards, discount cards, membership cards, certificates, etc. and all this with perfect integration with Apple and Google Wallet. Push notifications based on geolocation or on a schedule - whatever you want...
I highly recommend. What I have mentioned is only part of the possibilities...
