Boomerangme has a great concept BUT
Boomerangme has a great concept and many satisfied users. But let me tell you my story.
I purchased a one-year plan on May 3, 2025. Today is July 19, 2025. I still cannot use the service. For some reason, the software will not connect to Mailgun as per the instructions.
The support staff at Mailgun say that my set up there is correct and yet when I try to connect Mailgun through Boomerangme, nothing happens. The API is correct. There has been some finger pointing at Mailgun, but nothing has been done on the Boomerangme end of things, despite repeated requests over almost 3 1/2 months.
I have asked numerous times for a refund since I've had absolutely no use out of the software. I've been ignored. No one seems to want talk about it, much less do anything.
