Opóźniona wysyłka, brakujące produkty i słaba obsługa klienta

Zamówienie zostało złożone i w pełni opłacone.

Wysyłka została zrealizowana z opóźnieniem przekraczającym tydzień.

Po otrzymaniu przesyłki okazało się, że z 4 opłaconych produktów dostarczono tylko 2.

W trakcie korespondencji obsługa klienta przekazywała sprzeczne informacje. Ostatecznie poinformowano mnie, że brakujące produkty nie były dostępne u dostawcy, mimo że w momencie składania zamówienia widniały jako dostępne.

Zwrot środków został dokonany wyłącznie za niedostarczone produkty. Koszt wysyłki nie został zwrócony, nie zaproponowano również żadnej rekompensaty za błąd sklepu.

Poziom obsługi klienta oraz organizacja procesów budzą poważne zastrzeżenia.
Nie mogę polecić tego sklepu.
