Cancelled my order without sending me an email. I proceeded to call customer service after 3 weeks of no updates on shipping. He told me my order was cancelled after 2 weeks and a refund would be issued, however it takes 7-9 weeks. As of now I ‘be received nothing.
The worst! I would describe their business practice nothing but a scam. Targeting vulnerables mothers with scam subscriptions. Customer service is rude and unhelpful
Horrible company with a very smart plan on how to get money from vulnerable groups like new parents. Horrible customer service. The cherry on the cake is that they send tummy time books when the child is 10 months and books for a 3 year old when your child is just born. Complete madness. Stay away from them.

Careful if you are ordering a "free" babybox from them, they make you have a 1 year subscription. and then everymonth they charge you a lot (350nok for a book, a useless bag the delivery). For you to quit subscription you need to pay 850kr.
It really feels like a scheme to get money out of you.
