Technique similar to a scam
This company presents on its sales site 1 very good product for a small price and offers to buy it.
Problems encountered:
- When you proceed to payment, you are debited twice, by 2 different companies but which are necessarily linked because everything is identical:
* email template
* website structure
* chat system and responses provided
- The email you receive says that you have subscribed to a subscription (€47 per month). The second email from the second company says that you have subscribed to a subscription (€62/month).

It's a scam because they sell a product, as proof the link to the payment button says "Confirm the purchase of this product"

Only the customer service is very good because the refund was made on time. But overall I was very disappointed by the process!

Cette entreprise présente sur son site de vente 1 très bon produit par cher et propose de l'acheter.
Problèmes rencontrés :
- Quand on procède au paiement, on est débité 2 fois, par 2 entreprises différentes mais qui sont forcément liées car tout est identique :
* template d'emails
* structure du site internet
* système de chat et réponses apportées
- Le mail qu'on reçoit dit qu'on a souscrit à un abonnement (47€ par mois). Le second mail de la seconde entreprise dit qu'on a souscrit à un abonnement (62€/ mois).

C'est de l'arnaque car ils vendent un produit, pur preuve le lien vers le bouton de paiement indique "Confirmer l'achat de ce produit"

Seul le service client est très bien car le remboursement a été effectué dans les délais. Mais globalement j'ai été très déçu par la démarche!

Whilst trying to sign up to ‘paybyphone’ for parking I was redirected to a screen to enter email home address and credit card details. Thinking it was for the parking I filled in the details. I then received an email of a gift for signing up so checked my credit card to find I had been charged. I contacted customer support on their chat option and very quickly and politely Harry sorted it out. He confirmed that he has cancelled the subscription and then when I asked for a rebate he confirmed that he has also done that.

Awful experience. Followed link as if I won voucher to McDonald’s, they charged 2€ delivery fee. And then charged 47€ and got paid subscription which I don’t need at all.

These people have been taking money from my account without my authorization and when I realized this, I saw they say you must cancel their subscription. But how do you cancel a subscription you never subscribed too!!! They are scams! And again when I'm canceling whatever subscription they are claiming I have, they are charging me for it!!! 😡😡😡

I never ordered the item in bookpenpaper, why always deducted 40+dollars to my account, waisting my money for nothing, please stop getting money to my account, you scam my money. stop, stop, stop get money in my account
