Filled with scammy garages , who promise the moon in terms of low prices, but will find faults all of a sudden and upsell you. 2 awful experiences with this platform, I will not recommend anyone to use their services. Competitive prices
The booking experience was easy with competitive prices shown and a good selection of providers.
My issue was with the garage. I didn’t want to leave my car all day and be without transport. I booked the appointment for early morning and requested to pick up my car earlier. After 5 hours of waiting to hear I rang the garage to see how they were progressing with the service to be told that it wouldn’t be ready to collect until the end of the day much to my annoyance.
I pointed out that I had specified that I needed it earlier. I was made to feel like a second class citizen and told I shouldn’t have booked via the bookmygarage website and not to do it in future. Shame on you @vertumotors

Amazing
The most exceptional experience at a car garage. Staff were extremely friendly and professional. My appointment was even brought forward which was amazing as who wouldn't want AC in this weather. Staff were very knowledgeable and as a women I didn't feel like I was being fed lies to get more money. I would definitely recommend this garage to friends & family

Booking system needs a tweak!
I booked online on 6th June for an MOT & service on the 29th June but when I called for confirmation on the 27th as I hadn’t heard from them,they did not have my booking. Apparently I am not the first customer to have experienced this.
