Excellent, 5-Star Service! Will book again!
We used Bookinglane for the first time with four clients and they all raved about their car service. The drivers (Stas, Sagyn and Paulo) were extremely professional and friendly. The cars were reported to be very clean and the drivers knew their way around the city making for a very smooth ride. Ivan, the owner, is very responsive and provided assistance when needed. We will most definitely work with Bookinglane again!

It was a bad experience
It was a bad experience . The driver was calling me at the last minute asking for my flight details , she should should have known because I gave the company all my details already . Then she called again and ask what airline , I had already texted her every thing, then again she called about which number was I at. I told mee I needed help with my luggage, after I already told the company I needed to be met at the luggage . I told her this twice . She never parked her car and came out. I have a injured rotator cup and sciatica so I need help, she ignored me.
Finally I got my luggage out to the street and she had the nerve to ask me to put the luggage in myself because it was too heavy . I was upset at this point. When we arrived. She sat in the car for a few minutes as if she expected me to get my own luggage out. It was a very unprofessional horrible experience.
I thought I was reserving this car with BLS but apparently not , terrible experience

I would highly recommend Bookinglane
Bookinglane worked our great for our one night excursion. The Driver was on time, the vehicle was clean, the driver was drving safely, the driver was very courteous. He was there when our event was done even though it was 1.5 hours earlier that we thought.

Communications were consistent and detailed from registration confirmation to the driver's daily updates. Our driver Aleks was on time, courteous, an excellent driver, and familiar with each day's routing. We had Aleks (Blacklane) on Nov. 1 and 5 for airport transfers and Nov. 3 & 4 for several hours each day.

poor follow up - do not use for high end clients needing hight client satisfaction
I got in touch with one of the people involved in getting this started or managing - told me he would email me his contact for me to give him a list of about 50 clients I needed to be transported on multiple days. never heard from him with that info. luckily I found another option that did awesome.
unfortunately I had already scheduled the service for 2 groups out of the 50 so I left those with bookinglane. Instead of using the info of the contact pick up I provided - they were trying to contact me and ask me questions however I was running a very large event and wanted to use them so they could provide a white glove transportation service that didn't give me more headaches and issues - they had poor and little to no communication and did not contact my person to tell them where they were or that they would be getting them - so my group all went in other cars - I didn't even use the service but they charged me a large fee - when all of this could have been avoided with proactive communication and following the info provided to them in the booking

EVP needed a ride
I am an event planner who received a call from the Executive Assitant of an EVP attending my event. He was arriving late and she wanted to know who was collecting him from the airport. As his arrival was late and our venue was over an hour away I suggested scheduling an Uber which was not well received. I contacted another local company and received a four digit quote (3 hour minimum garage to garage). Then I found booking lane. Fast, efficient, beautiful car, respectful driver, great communication. Thank you for making us look good and for caring for our event VIP.
