This is the worst booking agency ever they don't even deserve one star I'm not sure if it's even real I have been waiting on a refund since the 23rd of September when I call about my refund I'm hung up on lied to and denied to speak with a supervisor these people are rude and very unprofessional they promised me that my refund would be back on my account from 7 to 10 business days it is now the 20th day and I've yet to received my refund now when I call they tell me it would be 3 to 5 more business days and they have been telling me this for the last 2 weeks do not use these people for any bookings they are a scam

I booked a room for 9/27-9/29 paid$186 and the hotel only got reservation for one night. Called they lied saying I have to wait 4 hrs to talk to someone. Then I called back to get a corporate number they hung up in my face. When I called back and asked how can I just get a refund they started off playing on the phone then hung up. I proceeded to call again and no answer.. The hotel front desk attendant is trying to help me as well reach out to get my funds back but they all a clear scam! And will be blocked from using sites as 3rd parties.. I hope they get shut down and arrested these foreigners are stealing money from us And that’s not right!!!!

I was charged for basically nothing, as my hotel room wasn't booked. They didn't refund me with no actual explanations. I dug a bit, so these scammers run a lot of similar booking services. Please, be aware of them and don't waste your money and nerves. Obviously, their 'reviews' are faked.

Scam. I booked a hotel through this website and it marked "FREE CANCELLATION & WEBSITE DOES NOT CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE" however when I proceeded to cancel the booking, they charged me ~$50 and claimed it was for taxes and fees. I don't believe there should be any tax collected on a transaction that is being voided. Absolute false advertisement.

These people are SCAMMERS. They also go by the name HotelWiz (the websites are the same format/interface). They charged me for my hotel but never paid the hotel and said I would be refunded and never sent refund. I've looked at previous reviews and they tell customers to wait 7-10 busines days, and people end up waiting months with no refund. They also stole my credit card because it was the only one I used for the booking and then there were fraudulent charges on it from stores I never visited!! BEWARE!! The FBI needs to shut these people DOWN!!

Back on Saturday 6/11/22. I made a reservation for one night at Indigo Los Angeles Hotels at around 10pm for the same night for $339. I just need it a place to sleep, because the next day I was taking an early flight. Got confirmation and everything from Booking bargains. When I arrived to the hotel around midnight they did not have my reservation. I called Booking Bargains and i was told the Hotel Reservation dpt was closed. By this time it was already past midnight. The hotel was full and i was not able to get a room there. So i have to drive around and get a room at another hotel for around $400. The next day i checked out of this other hotel and travel all day to the east coast. I called, on Monday to complaint. But they said, there was nothing they can do. I should had that night from that hotel. I told them I did, but your Hotel dpt was closed. Their replied was that they did everything on their part and got a confirmation from the hotel my room was going to be ready, so their job was done. If there was an issue I should have solved it with them that same night. I was like "again your hotel reservation was closed, i was not able to speak with anyone". My one night in Los angeles was for about $739 dollars, what a bargain! Never again with Booking Bargains.

UK users beware. Booked 2 separate nights in London, turned up at the hotel and only the second night had been reserved. Took several hours between Booking bargains, the hotel and myself to sort this out. Very stressful start to a short break away. Contacted Booking bargains once home, no compensation offered only a discount next time I use them, I won't be using them again!!!

I reserved a 5-star hotel and paid the corresponding rate. Booking Bargains then sent me a message the morning of my booking and said they made a mistake and couldn’t book that hotel for me and reserved a different, cheaper hotel. However they kept money I paid for the more expensive 5-star hotel.

After repeated requests to get some kind of refund, they promised to address the issue. However they never got back to me and now have ghosted me.

I never got any money back. They pocketed the high rate I paid for a different hotel. The hotel they did put me in, I could have booked for a much cheaper rate form the hotel itself or another agency.

Unreliable and no customer service. Saturday 23.07.22 our family booked 2 rooms for a total of 5 people at a hotel in Munich. I keyed in 2 adults and 3 children aged 12, 12 and 15 and a hotel came up with room for us in 2 rooms. I paid and waited for my booking confirmation - but no one came. On Sunday I got an email saying that if I hadn't received my confirmation I should press this link and write it to their customer service. I have written 3 times during the week but have heard nothing from them. I called the hotel to find out if they had received my booking and they had. so it wasn't so bad, we thought - but it was!! when we arrived tired at the hotel at 21.00 on Saturday evening 30.07 we signed in, both adults and our 3 children with names and dates of birth etc. we got our keys and went up to the rooms. one room was for 2 people without an ekstra bed and the other was for 1 person!! we went to the reception, but were told that he could not help us with other rooms as everything was booked, but otherwise it was normal that an adult could sleep with 2 children aged 12 in a double bed - it was 2 beds pushed together -and the receptionist told us taht it said so on their order confirmation - the one we had never received. it was not what we had ordered and it ended up that our daughter had to sleep on the floor - a wooden floor, and we then got 2 extra sets of duvets and pillows one for for son and one for my daughter. The worst booking I have ever dealt with with and lousy customer service.

I booked a hotel on Booking Bargains, which shows the cost include tax and fees. When I check out at the hotel, there is extra facility fee. I double confirmed with the hotel, and they make sure that I do not use any services like minibar, parking or etc. The only reason is that the booking does not include the facility fee. However, every other booking website, such as booking, agoda, priceline, orbitz, when they show price include "tax and fees", that's always the final price. However, BookingBargins cheat customers using "including tax and fees" but actually not. I called BookingBargins customer service, and ask what they mean for "including fees", a representative named Karl said that it is for their website fees but not hotel fees. What a ridiculous excuse! This website is just cheating. Never use it!

Well I booked threw them and called the hotel directly and I was told my room will be ready on my check in.... it'd been confirmed. So I don't see how anyone else is having a problem. I guess I'll have to wait and see.... but the lady at the hotel confirmed my stay.

DONT EVER utilize this “company!” My flight was cancelled and the hotel agreed in writing to issue me a refund…..this “company” has given me the runaround!!!!!!! Please do not be fooled by these scam artists!!!!!!
