This company is nothing but a scam. I booked airline tickets with them because it was so much cheaper than other travel agencies. Within 10 minutes after booking them and after receiving an email showing the tickets and that they were confirming them and in progress, they called me and told me the tickets were no longer available. They offered me another alternative date and another airport which was not possible for me to do. I had to cancel the tickets and was charged $58 to cancel. This is just a scam to get $58 from as many people as they can! I wonder how many people book tickets through them only to get notified immediately that the tickets “are no longer available”. Then they have to cancel and pay them a $58 fee! I bet they make a lot of money on the $58 cancellation fee they are charging thousands of customers or even more! Do not do business with this company!

Your book whatever you need might happen to need .On flight itinerary they put you down as a male when in fact your a female so when you call to have changed,
they quote you a price $300 more for your same ticket that you were booked in the first place for $300 less.
Had to hurry up and cancel my credit card before It went through.
They will use your birthdate say it’s wrong rebook and charge you double!
Stay away from their Scam

Booking for hotel, made and cancelled months ago, was for wrong date. Person at Bookingbargains.com called hotel to verify situation, and we did a 3-way call. Hotel had no problem cancelling wrong date, and the gal at Bookingbargains.com told us they would refund us. Now, months later, still no refund. Talked to person at Bookingbargains.com, just now, and he claims we won’t get refund, “due to third party refusing to refund”. We were on the phone on the 3-way call when the hotel said “no problem”.
A scam. Also, the customer service number listed on their website is wrong, as are several other sites, to be able to contact them. NEVER BOOK WITH THIS ORGANIZATION!!!!!!!

Booked through booking bargains, showed up to the hotel and didn't have any reservation that the hotel itself was aware of. It's also taking ages to get any form of refund.

Placed a reservation and canceled before the deadline for full refund and still have not received my refund almost one month later. Customer service keeps telling me to call back in 3-4 business days. No managers to speak to.

awful, awful, awful worse experience ever. I called to find out why my booking was not confirmed and the person on the phone canceled my booking and asked me to give my details and wanted to confirm my booking again through a different company's name. Do not trust this company. I am still waiting for my money back.

I made a reservation for a hotel, but the website said the transaction wasn’t completed. I put my information in again, and it was successful. Shortly after, I found out that actually- the original transaction also went through and now I had two reservations. This was in early August. Since then, I have called multiple times to get a refund. Each time, I was told that I needed to wait “10-15 days”. When I went to the hotel, we canceled the duplicate reservation. But the company is insisting that they don’t have that information. I finally filed a credit card dispute. Each time I spoke with them, they were rude and completely not understanding or helpful. I will never use this company again!!! Completely not worth the lower price of the room. Run away!! Do not use this website to book your travel/hotel!

scammers and fraud ,not recommended lost my money , nun refundable , and the hotel booking not shown in the hotel ,we end up paying again , the bookingbargains stated its there while its not, they are rude and pearly can speak English , in the email they will just fool you and you will get copy and past replay on the end its scamming from asia

An absolutely awful experience with no customer service help whatsoever. I booked a hotel and marked in the right dates. The website said there was an error in my booking and before I could attempt to rebook the email came through for my reservation but the dates were wrong. A whole week later then I needed with no way to change dates or get a refund. I canceled the reservation immediately and called customer service only to have them tel me no one was at the office that handled bookings!?!?! I had to call the hotel myself and book and ended up paying twice. The difference in price was less than $5 to book directly. No savings and the bank won’t help me with the chargeback either. I couldn’t even get to use the wrong date reservation as I had already canceled so that money just went up in smoke. Never use this site and Google really should take it off the suggested listings page.

literally the worst customer service ever. i booked a hotel for my parent's 60th anniversary party for labor day weekend. my father unfortunately passed away on sunday, so less than a month later, i needed another room to accomodate my adult boys. same exact room, same exact dates, the rates are 100d different. they clearly have a price match policy. after half a dozen emails, they said to contact the hotel. of course, it's not the hotel's responsibility as the money has been paid to booking. com. they will not price match, even though both of the reservations are in their system. at this point, i am going to see if amex can do anything. the worst!!!!!!!!!!

If I could put zero stars I would. They are a scam. I got double booked. And on top of that was given incorrect information and the so called customer service refuses to even fix anything. They are a scam and steal money.

For some reason it was for 3rd of September.
Cancelled within 24 hours.
Zero refunded.
Online help desk is for flights only.

I booked a room and upon arrival.the air card used by booking baragain or baragain booking 💩declined and I called reservations I was yelled at and hung up on by the thick accent speaking male to call back tmrw. I had to use another method of payment to rest from driving. This happened happened June 18th c/o 19th. I've reached out to the people 9-15 and was told all kind of lies about returning my money .This was not a cancellation. I'm going to the media to put a halt to this!

I was a little hesitant using Booking Bargins. 3 weeks after booking i found a better rate through the hotel, Booking Bargins refunded me the difference and kept my reservations. With the exception of misspelling my name, everything went great.

Horrible service. Do NOT Trust this website! They will send you a confirmation of the booking and then when you show up, the room will not be there. They will refuse to speak with the manager, and say wait 1 hour for them to call you back because they need to send an email to their supplier- then they will say wait 24-48 to hear back from us - and that the most they can do is issue the full refund without any compensation

BookingBargains attempted to overcharge us by billing in US dollars instead of Canadians dollars. They agreed to give a refund, but none was received. They refused to answer our calls after that.

These incompetent boozos think that they can just take people's hard earned money. What j do know is they are being reported to the better business bureau. as well as being sued for the money they took times 10000 that amount my lawyer said he's going to have to much fun suing the these indignant group of low class individuals.

SCAM!!! I am disputing these charges this company charged my card $720 for a hotel that was originally $99 and when I got to the hotel the reservation was the wrong day and no rooms were even available after driving 7 hrs away on vacation. This company has promised to return my funds, I am battling this with my bank still 3 months later! Run the other way, I will be suing next!
