Total scam. I suggest we report this to police as mutual efforts to shut this scam business down.
I used this website to book a taxi service on when I was in France. The taxi never arrived but they harvested my card details during that failed transaction and quietly enrolled me in a hidden monthly subscription without my consent.
They sent zero emails, invoices, or notifications, and quietly stole £143 from my account over the next few months until I discover this today. Do not input any personal information on this website. If you have been charged, bypass their useless customer support and report it directly to your bank's fraud department as a "subscription trap" to get your money back.

I had a very good experience with Jamie helping me with my travel plans. He managed to get me the best price and made everything very straight forward for me especially as with another provider they were causing too much stress.

Scam. They charged me way to much for helping me booking a taxi and hereafter charged 39€ for a subscription... My bank suggested to freeze my card, so i would avoid more portiential expences. Dont use this company.

The assistant who helped me to book my flight was called Nelson. He was very professional and very supportive throughout the whole process of booking. He reassured me at every stage of the booking process and was very patient with me when I was showing signs of stress. He was a 5 star telephone booking assistant. Thank you Nelson.

SCAM! DO NOT USE! Fraud! Money stolen and I say stolen as this was NOT authorised from my account and have had to cancel my card. Fraud report active. Do not even click on their site and if you do leave immediately. Do not click on anything! Thieves!

Excellent service

Scam! I download a taxi app, and without my consent they signed me up for a subscription. I was billed 39€ for 2 months straight. they won't reply to emails, im not sure they will even cancel my subscription

Tried to book a taxi never showed up now had £65 take from bank a month later

I have only realised that this Company has been taking a monthly payment of €39 out of my bank account since June. I was on holiday in Prague and tried to book a taxi online with them, which stated a taxi would be with me in 10mins, but it didn't turn up. When I called their number, which was in Dublin, no one picked up the phone. I didn't think anymore about this until I found the money coming out of my account. I don't have any login details and no emails from them advising I had somehow signed up to a monthly contract. This is now being being handled as a fraud case through my bank.
UPDATE Very happy to report my bank have repaid all the money that was taken from me by this unscrupulous Company
