Bonne Bouffe est magnifique!
Bonne Bouffe is amazing! Their customer care is second to none. I have been buying from them for a few years, and always such a great service.
This year, I have bought two lots of French smoked garlic, well over £100-worth in total. But the first batch had some cloves and bulbs that were not good (not Bonne Bouffe's issue, but the suppliers). I highlighted this fact to Bonne Bouffe an they remedied the situation immediately, with great back-up e-mail contact. A real good service!

Excellent and unusual goods that you can't buy anywhere else. Always fulfill the order with no items missing or out of stock.
Very well packed and amazing delivery, usually the next day. Can't fault them and would highly recommend. Very pleased.

Product arrived out of temperature range as described. Use by date was too close, and indeed vendor discounted the item the following day due to short shelf life.

Acknowledgement, dispatch and receipt of produce extremely well delivered. Delivery packaging all recyclable and goods well protected. No complaints. Have used Bonne Bouffe a few times now both for personal and for gifts and have never had any problems.
