Awful company. I don't recommend Bonanza to anyone selling online. This company fleeced us so bad, putting unknown and unapproved surprise discounts on our products to people and offered them free shipping we had to pay for, adding large fees, charging excess on postage, that we ended with zero profit margin and going MINUS on orders!

Better site for sellers then eBay, they are not as as harsh and wont ban you over nonsense or false claims, You get the money right away via PayPal which makes much more sense then eBay holding your funds for months meanwhile eBay has access to your bank and can take money out at any time, only problem with bonanza is that no one really knows about it and gets very few traffic unlike giant mega theft Corp eBay.

There is no real support offered by this company. The emails I received from them, even after providing them with a copy of my sales receipt, show they have no ability to help me with regard to the purchase I made through their website. They cannot even identify or communicate with the seller for whom they acted as a "middle man" in the purchase. I'm very disappointed in my experience with buying through this website, it appears to truly be a scam!

Scam artists. They use other payment processors, they carry other people’s products and charge fees and there is no way to report a seller. Their FAQs suggest a place where you can do that “after the delivery date” but USPS has my package in purgatory so I will not be getting that money back nor the package nor will bonanza or the third party seller be held to account. Annoying as hell. At least I only lost $18 to them.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have asked multiple times to cancel my orders and close my account.

Do not join! Horrible experience! They are also taking money out of my account without reason or permission.

Bonanza has the worst customer service. I have been selling on this site for years, had someone try to fraudulently purchase from me in November because Stripe allows fraud. Got the transactions refunded but on one the sales tax of $52 was already sent to Bonanza. I contacted support and was told they would look into it, that was back in November 2024 and they ignore my emails about any updates. Tried to contact BBB but they closed the case since the company does not keep an updated address. I also would not recommend this site since they also now started making you to use their postage and they charge more when you don't send them money to create a postage account. I have already filed a claim with the state Attorney General with receipts and the emails. If you don't subscribe to their overpriced memberships they don't care about you as a seller.

I created New Seller Account and while completing the Sign off Process Bonanza asked me $14.99 for Activation. I Trusted and paid them but after that I am unable to login to my Account. its continuously showing Just letting you know... Logging Off. I tried to reset the password but not receiving any verification message. I wrote to Support email but no response so far.

I would give them NO stars if possible. This company does not respond to problems or issues with their vape pens (specifically disposables). I got two from a dispensary in Sheridan, CO. Both stopped working and seized up with most of the oil stuck inside. I have tried contacting them and they will NOT respond. They only want your money! There are plenty of other/better options than this brand. I feel like they stole from me.

I ordered a 27” solo fire pit for camping. Cost was $360 and change. I received a 14” charcoal grill probably worth no more than $10. They refused to send me what I ordered and never sent me the return label for the garbage they sent me. Still fighting with CC company because they bonanza took a picture of the delivery of a small box. Do not order from this company or anyone associated with them. They are scammers trying to steal your money.

I never received any confirmation notice Bonanza reached out to me and basically said they weren't responsible for any of their sellers which is ridiculous because if you're buying eBay they back their Sellers and if you don't receive the item they refund your money

I contacted the sellers and I still have not heard from them so basically they took my money and they are still showing they have the same amount of inventory of the item I purchased

and Bonanza keeps sending me emails that my that I still have items in my cart which I paid for actually, as if it was never sold- however they did take my money

the site reached out to me once again and said they are not responsible for of any of sellers

I never heard of such a bunch of nonsense

they gave me an instant refund which means the seller is probably already under investigation

Bonanza is the perfect breeding ground for scammers

When researching cheaper alternatives to a well-known online shop platform, Bonanza came highly recommended. Their costs seemed fair and the setup, easy to navigate. I was able to build my shop without paying a penny, and only needed to input my card details to make it live.

What I didn't know until AFTER I paid the one-off no refund fee, was that I, as a UK shop, can not sell to the UK! There was no warning message etc. And when I questioned their customer support, I was informed that this was an ongoing problem that hoped to resolve at some point.

At some point is no good to me as a seller, so I asked for a refund and got told no, they make no exceptions even though I can't actually use the service I paid for!

I asked for their complaints procedure but apparently, they don't have one, so have just forwarded my email to someone else in the office.

Money taken. Service unavailable. Refund impossible.

I am uncertain whether Bonanza.com is directly involved in a job scam, but a company is claiming to optimize their orders, upgrading 4-star reviews to 5-star reviews and improving search results. I was personally scammed by this company, which recruits people for work-from-home positions. However, Bonanza has shown no interest in addressing this scam, raising suspicions about their possible involvement.

While Bonanza may be legally protected, the abundance of negative reviews online makes me question whether they are knowingly working with this company. At the very least, their lack of action is concerning and reflects poorly on their platform.

Aftter all the setup process I get to a page where they want my credit card number so they can charge me $14.99 non refundable booth activation fee. Nope. No way. No how. No THANKS! I am not paying 15 bucks when I don't even know if they will get me one sale a year. DUMB! Another business cutting their own throat with the knife of GREED!

The product that I received was not the product that was listed in the sellers picture on the website.

First time of visiting this site. By default adverts show American dollars even on UK site! Found an item I had an interest in and duly entered post code to calculate delivery cost and page opened as white/ blank page and despite waiting, assuming it was loading nothing happened
A sign of things to come and so I walked away.

The product I ordered was never shipped, and my package never arrived. My credit card was charged, but I was unable to get a refund. Bonanza's customer service department was not at all helpful and refused to advocate for me at all. I was forced to cut my losses and walk away. I wish I had never ordered from them. I just hope this review will prevent others from making the same mistake I did.

Bonanza is a website primed for scammers. This "business" should be investigated for corruption. I ordered something on this site and was duped buy a buyer that abused every system of the site, that should not be able to be abused so easily (delayed shipping, purposely miss labeling packages so they would be returned to shipper so it took long enough i could not make a credit card dispute, then deactivate account so Bonanza "could not" get in contact with them). In all honesty I think the site has bots they run just to scam people and when it gets called out they delete that one so they can just rake in stolen money. Having no assistance options at all is very devious.

What could go wrong? I am such a dummy, my guard was down and I never heard of bone-anza,
This place is creepy and weird and NO ONE is answerable for anything! Fix it yourself, AFTER the money is transacted. It's all my fault for trying to have some fun and buy something cute for my son. Is everything shady? Some bonanza of scammers.

There is no buyer protection when ordering from there platform. I purchased arcade stickers totaling $119.76 from one of there sellers Arcade_Decals based in the UK, I have video proof how I received the damaged stickers. The seller sent me damaged items not once, but twice, and is now requesting more money to resend something he should of sent undamaged to begin with. When I reached out to bonanza about the problem, they did absolutely nothing about it and told me to contact my credit card company.
