Do not sell on this website any longer

Do not sell on this website any longer. They have drastically increased their seller fees, added hidden fees, added listing fees, removed third-party labeling, and much more. They brand all of these changes as beneficial for new buyers to flood their market. When I inquired about these new fees, they told me to close my account and find an alternative platform. Yes, excellent business model. Enforce canabilizing changes to your sellers, and when they push back, tell them to leave and sell elsewhere. Bonanza will not be around for much longer with these business practices. Do not waste your time selling here.

Stay away from Bonanza !

I have been a seller on Bonanza for several years after paying a life time fee,which allowed me to list unlimited items in my store.
Received an alert from my credit card company stating Bonanza had changed $20.
After researching I found that as of May 1 new fee went into effect. I was never notified of this and because they decided not to honor our agreement I cancelled my shop . Once I had done this Bonanza charged me another $ 20 because a new month had begun.

I will never do business with Bonanza again because there word means nothing!

They're fine until they aren't.

Last year Bonanza forced sellers to buy postage through their site, or incur a fee. Well, the other day their postage-buying function stopped working and it still hasn't started working again. So I'm waiting, and I have buyers waiting, for postage that I can't buy. (I don't trust them to refund the fee.) I got a reply from support that answered a completely different question from what I asked. They appear to have minimal support staff working on weekends. This is after they just raised their prices and started charging listing fees at the start of May. Once my current membership ends, I may look elsewhere.

I'll give them lower rating if they had…

I'll give them lower rating if they had the choice. My order had the wrong shipping address on it. (Called UPS when they said it was delivered and didn't receive it). Got ahold of Bonanza by E-mail. No one will answer the phone. I was told (by e-mail) to get ahold of seller and Paypal. They were no help at all. I feel they are a scam company.

I've been on Bonanza for 6 months now…

I've been on Bonanza for 6 months now and haven't sold a single thing. I have products on four other platforms and all have performed well. I was hoping to make a couple of sales to recoup the $15 dollar registration fee, but it looks like that's not happening. The reviews on Bonanza are consistently horrible across the board... Shame on me for not doing more research before wasting time and money on this hopeless platform.

Absolute SCAM

Absolute SCAM. Have already filed claims and complaints every where I can. They state that if a seller does not provide resolution, they will intervene. They did absolutely nothing other than to state to file a claim with PayPal.

Great for sellers, very slow sales

I've been selling on Bonanza for about a year now and I've only gotten a few orders. To be fair though, the fees are incredibly low for it and it's one of the few platforms that has no wait time for money (since it uses direct customer to business selling via stripe and PayPal).

I recently sold something for USD$25 and they only charged me about CAD$4 for fees (I'm Canadian); which is more or less 1/5th of ebays fees. For sellers, apparently there's a new ebay auto-listing feature (which I'm trying out now) so there's no downsides for sellers here.

One of WORST selling platforms!

I have been selling on this site for many years.
only few orders a year.....
someone sent fake copyright to one of my listings.
I put all listings in reverse. this is TRASH selling platform!!!!! yesterday, I tried to login to my account and I kept redirecting to site. I cant see any errors. I also searched my emails for anything to do with my account. I do not find any recent emails. DO NOT EVER REGISTER OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!! They are scammers for sure. I also contacted the support, they said they cant open an account for security reasons.

Refuses to refund shipping fee reserve money

I have been a seller on Bonanza for years. Hardly any sales at all. Bonanza does not honor USPS Ground Advantage pickup service. I told them that I did not expect Bonanza to pick up my shipment bc USPS picks up my shipment at my home (the best feature of USPS Ground Advantage). Previously, they encouraged me to participate in their own shipping platform and requested I have $30 in my shipping fund reserve on their website (for their convenience). I am supposed to be able to withdraw these funds at any time, knowing that I wouldn't get their discounts if I used Ship Station or other shipping service instead. Keith, their ”Happiness Producer,” refused to return my shipping fund of $33.91. I owed them a seller's fee of $7.95 for my recent sale. Instead of waiting for regular billing on 2nd of month, they charged my account right away. I am shocked that they are so petty and malicious. Do not PREPAY any shipping fees to get a discount bc you will not get them back, even though they have a "withdraw funds" link. An error message shows up. Greatly disappointed that I did business with them for years and they have treated me so disrespectfully. Scam artists!

Bought item from seller. Name is of the seller appliancesandtvparts I returned item and he scammed me. No reply nothing. Tried to contact bonanza help centre they said I need to talk to seller hahaha. What a joke. Please don’t use this vendor.

Placed a small order $10 and change on Bonanza, received a confirmation email, but not a tracking number, messaged seller without a response I contacted Bonanza, their advice is to contact my credit card company. No, I don't think Bonanza is a safe place to shop.
