Horrible service

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a furniture company. A mistake was made with the first order delivery (received only half of the items). When the final item arrived, there was a defect on one of the plates to attach the legs to the table. No response yet from customer service, still waiting since 10 days! I didn't see the fine print about having to assemble the table myself (which I wouldn't expect for items at this cost). Extremely unprofessional and a big disappointment. I would avoid this company.

Great design, premium pricing but poor quality

We generally like the Scandinavian design and find the selection at Bolia very nice. However, the quality is far away from good. The recent couch we bought was uneven and the seam already teared after one week in use. The customer center had almost three weeks to answer to our complaints. After insisting that one of the modules was uneven Bolia agreed to replace the bad delivered quality. Great design, premium prices but really bad quality. This experience was really disappointing. We will definitely not go back to Bolia.

Damaged items

I bought a couple of Vases and other Glassware items that were on sale and reduced in price. When I picked them up though, all of them showed faults. From being chipped and cracked to being wrongly produced so that a lid wouldn't fit the container..I don't understand how any of these items could have cost the full amount. And it doesn't make me trust into the quality of any other products that Bolia sells. It only said they were on sale, not because they're damaged....
I also bought bedsheets which luckily were all fine. Not sure I'd buy there again, and certainly not at full price.

Wrong article and poor resistance of the chairs

1. I was given a wool cleaner instead of wood cleaner I paid (which I didn’t notice until I put it on the chair and was surprised it was coloring the wood a bit). Had to go back to give it back and get the proper cleaner

2. I bought two Outlet chairs, wooden full price more than 700chf a chair and paid 299chf instead. I unfortunately dropped one of the two In the floor when taking them home (completely my fault). It broke instantly. I find these a bit poor quality compared to what you would expect for a chair at this price.

In love with style of furniture and wanted to order more, but such a disappointment

Ordered an outlet item as a test to see the quality and service of Bolia company. As they couldn't deliver, it took me a while to organise pick up process on a working day with my friend and her car.
Brought it home and what a disappointment it has NO LEGS! I contacted Bolia kundenservice few times per e-mail, but no reaction. Someone needs to be responsible and offer a solution.

They have a wide choice of nice design furniture. The goods are top quality and the service too. The prices are on the other hand a bvit too much on the high side.

Marble coffee table

Ordered a marble coffee table and the ordering process was smooth and efficient.However, I am very disappointed with the quality of the table sent. The marble top has not been polished well at all, with one large corner piece seemingly still raw stone. I certainly would have not purchased this particular table if I had seen it 'live' in the shop in Zürich. To be honest, for the price paid, I expected better as on a par with the similar table at Mobitare.Lesson learnt.

Check the quality in advance

I ordered online and picked up the product in a store.. I did not check the product in advance, and later at home I realized that the wood had black stains on it, which could be from glue or something. I tried to remove it but it did not work. The watch is still very nice, and you can not see the stains very clearly when the watch is hanging on the wall.

The Mr

The Mr. BIG Sofa is very comfortable! The large seating cushions are do slip and this is very annoying. there needs to be a solution for this so they do not slip i.e. back attachment, large velcro patches or.... ! Overall, we are very happy

Great quality
