Told us that they wouldn't factor carrier on a load for us because we don't meet the criteria. Then wouldn't explain what the criteria was...

Edit- company called me and explained. Apparently I just needed to ask for a manager. It has now been approved.

I really love how Bobtail agents carry themselves. They showed patients helping me get set up. They have the best customer service especially Ms Coralia Mejia. She represents the company very well. She really is a super support to me and my company.

Excellent factoring fees. Timely and prompt disbursement of funds. Good customer service in regards to getting back in touch with you regarding any issues or questions. They have updated their app where it is interactive, user friendly and easy to scan documents. I am an experienced owner operator giving this review for all my fellow drivers out their. This factoring co. Has been very helpful for my buisness for more than a year since I retained them.

They have and awesome team. There on board team help you every step of the way. Making it easy to set up the account and summit invoices. Note, they have customer rep. in English and Spanish. For me that's a BIG plus.

Bobtail is an awesome Factoring company... The people that work there are so kind hearted. I'm very particular about who I deal with. I MUST say that I love them. I prayed for God to send good people to help & guide us with our Business. My Heavenly Father did just that!!! I have (not) came across a bad apple. I won't add the yet word, because I don't believe they have any bad apples... Please do yourself a favor & work with Bobtail. They do have other useful programs other then factoring. I called this company several times no one called me nor responded to me. I am extremely disappointed being treated in this nature. I wouldn’t recommend doing any business with this company.
