They don't live up to their word. Despite their return policy "To that end, we offer a "no questions asked" 3 day refund on all purchases" they DO NOT REFUND the certification fee.
I paid $75 extra for the certification fee and they refused to refund it saying that per their policies this fee is non-refundable. But their own Return Policy page says "all purchases".
I returned the watch within 24-hrs and it took six days after they received it to issue a partial refund. They withheld $175 without explanation. They ignored six emails to their customer service team and to the CEO. It took an official complaint to BBB to get them to respond. They refunded $100 but refused the other $75.
I would not trust them at all.

Laura Cohen of Bob's Watches was wonderful to work with! In my process of retiring to Costa Rica, I wanted to sell my aged Rolex watch. My Tico (native Costa Rican) friends told me not to wear it there, so I figured "Why keep it?". I looked at a handfull of Online Rolex buyers, but Bob's Watches has the best online process, was the quickest, and best offer for my used Rolex.
Laura Cohen responded to my online request and guided me effortlessly through the process. Bob's Watches did an initial review of my uploaded pictures and stated watch history. They gave me generous estimated value, then emailed me a pre-paid FedEx lable for me to send them my watch.
Laura emailed me the instant my watch arrived at Bob's. She kept me updated throughout the process so I never questioned the custody of my watch.
Upon inspection of my actual watch, Bob's technicians found issues which I was aware of. Laura called me most apologetically with the findings and an updated pay out amount. She explained each issue with care and compassion. She did not overstate any of the issues with my watch. Laura was able to make me an adjusted offer that I still felt was generous, more than fair, and constituted a Win/Win.
Based on my experience with Laura Cohen, and everyone at Bob's Watches, I recommend them heartily and recommend them to any liquidating their luxury time pieces.

I am been threatened by Bobs watches and their law firm for putting a review on my experience with them.... they want to eat their cake and have it. after days of calling, emails and chats... i received my money back on 12th of June but that doesn't take away Paul(owner)'s disrespect for calling me fraud and saying HE WILL NOT REFUND ME THAT I CAN DO MY WORSE.... thanks to the help of my bank because I am sure they don't want to refund me like the owner said.. now they want to sue me for review... guys be very careful dealing with this company.... be careful buying used watches from them, ... if i hear any more threat from your lawyer... i will be back to paste a bloggers link here so you all can come have fun with us on all SM platform
I sold my Omega watch through Bob’s Watches, but I have not received any response from your team. The watch was delivered on April 14th (tracking number: 286923373700), and since then, I have not heard back.
On April 25th, I was contacted and asked to provide additional information about the watch, which I promptly did. However, despite sending multiple follow-up emails requesting an update, I have received no further communication.
This situation is extremely distressing for me, as I sent a valuable item and feel completely ignored. I am urgently requesting that Bob’s Watches respond and resolve this matter as soon as possible. I have been patient, but the continued lack of communication is unacceptable and deeply concerning.
Please address this issue immediately.

Bob's website was easy to use and I love the filter feature, it helped me find the exact watch I was looking for and at a great value. When I called about some questions I had Kayla was so helpful and able to answer all of my questions. I even bugged her over email with more questions and she responded quickly and was extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to track my shipment so easily and knew the window of time it was going to arrive. When the watch arrived and I gifted it to my fiancé we could not believe the quality, it was in mint condition for a pre owned watch and we are so happy with the purchase. I bought a watch with box and papers .
Watch was delivered without papers and box was damaged.
I returned the watch very next day as per their instructions.
I did not get full refund, and refund was delayed about 3 weeks.
