It's inexpensive but very frustrating and can be costly

It's inexpensive, but this is by far the worst operator I’ve encountered in any country I’ve lived in - including developing ones. Their website feels like it was built 15 years ago, and topping up a prepaid account is a frustrating experience. After adding credit, you often have to wait minutes or even hours for the balance to reflect, as if someone is manually processing it.

Money also seems to disappear without clear usage tracking. For instance, if you’ve spent €10 and then top up another €10 to activate a €9.99 package, the system might still reject the activation, claiming insufficient funds - even though your balance clearly still shows €10. This suggests that background charges or a delayed deduction silently consume part of the balance.

On top of that, users are forced to keep two-factor authentication enabled once an account is created, with no option to disable it via web or mobile app! There's also no way to link or manage multiple numbers under the same account thus each number has to be under separate accounts (come on!).

There have been zero improvements to their systems in over two years - it remains the same frustrating experience. The potential for a great network is there, but it seems like the company simply doesn’t care.
