Jeg lejede 2 både oktober. Bookingen og overdragelse gik perfekt. Udlejer som er boatflex selv var meget behjælpsomme. Dog efter lejen er afsluttet bliver jeg 3 dage senere ringet op og bliver fortalt at jeg har ødelagt skruen, samt beskyttelsen. Ny til både som jeg er, tager jeg det for gode vare. Og får tilsendt et billede af påstået skade. Men efter at havde vist det til flere kyndige siger alle at skaden umuligt kun kan være 3 dage gammel. Boatflex trækker straks 10.000DKK fra min konto, uden at give noget førbillede som beviser jeg har påført skaden, eller pris på reparation.
I en hel måned forsøger jeg løbene at skrive for at spørge til processen, men uden svar.
Først efter en måned bliver jeg svaret med at jeg nok skal få beviser og pengene tilovers for reparationen tilbage, når de engang får vurderet skaden, hvilket endnu ikke er sket, men at det vil ske indenfor få dage. Jeg skriver nu dette godt 8 dage efter den besked. Med stadig 10.000kroner ude at svømme, uden bevis på at jeg har påført skaden en måned efter. Råd herfra, hvis i vælger at leje fra boatflex så få et billede af udlejer af båden der ligger under vand, så de ikke også kan snyde jer.
I’ve rented 2 boats in October. The booking and booking went perfectly well. Boatflex was renters themselves and was very helpsome. Though 3 days after my rent is Boatflex contacting me saying I destroyed one of the boats screws and its protection. Green as I am at boats, I trusted them. I get sent pictures of the damage. But after shoving it to several more knowledgably sailors, I get told that the damage is way older than 3 days. Boatflex takes 10.000DKK/1350EUR from my account. Without giving any evidence of the boats condition before my rental, proving that I did the damage, and without any estimate or price for the repairs. A month passes with me regularly writing, asking for any updates, but without any replies. Finally, after a month I get the message that I will receive the evidence alongside with the money left after reparations, after they get the damage assessed. And that it would happen within the next couple of days. I’m writing this 8 days later, still with 10.000DKK/1350EUR out of my pocket. Still without evidence that I damaged the boat. A word of advice from here. Get a picture from renter of the underwater side of the boat, so they can’t cheat you like they did me.

I rented a boat from Boatflex at my birthday, and with great success! We were a couple of friends who sailed around the port of Copenhagen for 5 hours. The boat worked perfectly all the way and contributed greatly to the best day one could wish for. Good service throughout the process. Can definitely give my warmest recommendations to this company!
I've rented my boat on Boatflex platform and received no support from them when we came across an issue with renter. We even agreed on solution with renter and they overulled it.
They is just an office with no real people behind. I never knew a name of a person that I am speaking to. How would someone trust them with expensive boat?! That must be a joke.
They provide no useful support for hefty fees that they charge! Read the reviews please before trusting them. Despite first ones that they wrote themselves of course!
Just remember that if you are renting the boat with them you have no power over your ownership anymore! And to get money from them is another story...

We had a very bad experience with a boat we rented through Boatflex that did not have motor power to sail the boat forward. and since we no longer would sail in the boat the owner promised to come by and check the boat. after 3 days in the harbour and no owner - we went home again and contacted boatflex :( -
Who had no service at all- very bad experience – OMG?
We tried to get our money back but neither the owner nor the boatflex would help us. And we ended up in a settlement with a lawyer. very bad character in this case, unfortunately -.
Vi havde en dårlig oplevelse med en båd vi lejet igennem Boatflex, der ikke havde motor kræft til at sejle båden fremad. og da vi ikke ville sejle mere i båden lovet ejer at komme forbi og kontrollere båden. efter 3 dagen i havnen og ingen ejer - tog vi hjem igen :( - Vi forsøgte at få vores penge tilbage men hverken ejer eller boatflex ville hjælpe os. og vi endte i et forlig med advokat. Jeg kan derfor ikke anbefale hverken boatflex der viste mega dårlig karakter i denne sag. Desværre -. -

I am enormously disappointed in boatflex. The boat I rented had an engine failure due to poor maintenance. The owner refused to compensate me financially. And I did not get any support from Boatflex. I would have had to organise a mechanic at my expense to prove the damage. My last mail was not even answered by boatflex. As a tenant you are in no way protected at boatflex.
i am boat owner , I rented my boat twice but i am not received my money customer service does not work well,they promise but they do not fulfil, i dont receive my money few weeks .
I hold my customers,I will work with other companies if they do not pay

Good treatment of insurance case. Rented my boat through Boatflex and got small damage to my Furling system. The treatment at Boatflex and the insurance company was as I hoped for: first of all professional, but also quite pragmatic and sypmathic.
After my impression of the company, mentioned earlier, and their efforts afterwards to convince me to remove the bad rating from trustpilot, they have done an impressive job in creating "customer" votes on this plattform with 5-stars.
They don't perform well in real-life and no character.
The rating therefor is very realisitc.

I've used Boatflex with great results! I've used the service both as owner and renter. It's innovative and a service I've been looking for, for ages. The people in customer service is super helpful and ready to help with everything. We rented our boat to a couple, who sadly made a big scratch. Boatflex helped us through step by step and it was settled without any complications.
We had an amazing boattrip with the 270horsepowered „Lille Melina“ to the beautiful and impressing Möns Klint. We enjoyed nature, the marine feeling and the swimming directly under the cliffs. „Lille Melina“ is well equipped, comfortable and pretty fast. Everything went fine: easily booking and professional support by boatflex as well as the contact and handing over with the very sympathetic and helpfull owner....Thank you for an absolute fantastic day!
I have rented out my boat through Boatflex several times and it has been great. It's simply an easy and safe way of renting out your boat. I have only been offered renters with lots of sailing experience and the Boatflex team has been fast and helpful whenever I've needed them.
