Worrisome Practise by Legal Group

My name is Moses, I’m the second individual introduced to your firm by Keem. I was directly involved in the matter and can confidently speak to the full scope of what transpired.

I have serious concerns regarding how a client, who supported and trusted your firm, has been treated especially after I personally chose to walk away early, based on the numerous troubling reports I came across about Legal Group Limited.

To be clear, there was no prior discussion of an hourly rate with us. You only quoted a flat professional fee. Additionally, your CEO volunteered to assist with securing an apartment as a complimentary service a gesture you framed as a value-added offering for your clients. If you disagree, I respectfully ask you to present any signed agreement proving otherwise.

I also recall that the lady involved expressed hesitation about us transferring the apartment funds directly to your CEO, but my friend decided to proceed in good faith. Your CEO even mentioned that he regularly handles rental arrangements for your office and that reaching out to agents would be no issue. If my account is inaccurate, kindly produce documentation where we mutually agreed or where your CEO agreed to charge a fee for accommodation services, despite not being a licensed agent.

What’s most troubling is the fact that the rent payment appears to have been reclassified as a professional fee for sourcing the apartment. This raises serious ethical questions. Had he secured the apartment independently, would your firm have still demanded that same fee?

Additionally, I’d like clarification regarding the €1,600 charge. What exactly does this amount cover?
I also request full transparency regarding any signed agreements between your firm and the other involved party. It's only fair that such documents be disclosed to ensure accountability.

Another major concern is the apparent pressure placed on us to remove reviews. Your claim that the outstanding balance would be paid by June 25, 2025, has not been fulfilled further eroding trust and raising doubts about the integrity of your communication. If you deny applying pressure to manipulate reviews, please note that we have evidence and are prepared to submit it to Trustpilot if allowed.

In light of all these issues from broken promises to questionable practices I have chosen not to continue with your firm. Trust is foundational in any professional relationship, and unfortunately, it has been irreparably damaged in this case.

I do hope you reflect on these actions and make amends, as ultimately, we all answer to higher principles including accountability and fairness.

Sincerely,

Moses

Dear Moses

we must clarify that you were never a client of our firm and never entered into any agreement with us. According to Trustpilot’s guidelines, reviews must reflect a genuine and direct customer experience. It is against the rules to post a review on someone else's behalf, or to coordinate reviews from friends or acquaintances who were not themselves clients, which "Keem" has been very busy doing lately. We are therefore reporting this review for violating those guidelines.

Your involvement appears to stem from your personal connection with keem, who was our client and with whom we had a signed agreement. Any allegations, misunderstandings, or disputes should be resolved between us and the actual party to the agreement, not through third-party reviews from individuals who were never directly engaged.

We understand that disagreements can arise, but public platforms should not be used to misrepresent facts, especially by individuals who were never directly involved in the client relationship. We kindly urge you and others to respect Trustpilot’s purpose: to share genuine, personal experiences — not coordinated attacks.

untrustworthy company and unreliable

Beware of this company. They are not honest. Before you do business with them, don't pay all the money they ask for. Wait and see how they proceed. I can assure you that they are not at all trustworthy.

In my opinion, they are only interested in money, even though they know there is nothing they can do about it. They asked me for 13,500 kroner, but I only had 9,000. I gave it to them and promised to pay the rest after I started school. 9,000 kroner is the result of several long months of hard work. I am just a student/au pair in Denmark; I don't earn much. I was saving up for my studies in my country; I contacted them to help me realize my Danish dream of studying in Sosu. I had been accepted by the school, but I realized there was no visa for that school. I wanted to go there so badly. I told the Danish legal group that immigration had told me there was no visa to study in Sosu and that I needed their help. Without hesitation, they directly asked me for the money and told me they had dealt with this type of case before and that there was a 100% chance they would be successful in this case.

After almost two months of waiting, I finally missed the start of the school year in Sosu, even though they had promised me that I would start with the other students on the first day of school. I was incredibly sad inside. I called them, and that's when they finally admitted to me that they had never dealt with this type of case before, that it was their first time, and therefore it was very complicated. To get rid of me, they asked me to apply for a 20-hour-per-week job, and then they would use it to apply for a visa to Sosu. But they know it's almost impossible to find a job in such a short time. Furthermore, it's almost impossible to work 20 hours a week on top of the 38 to 40 hours in Sosu.
Since then, they haven't spoken to me, they haven't answered my emails.
And from the beginning, they've never kept a single phone appointment.
I trusted these people, ZT and Amina, because I thought that since they are parents with children, they were trustworthy, but not at all. The regret of having given all my savings to lawyers who weren't honest and capable of helping me is eating away at me. I have nothing, even though I spent months saving. I asked them to reimburse me because they didn't do the job as expected, but they refused. I deserved a minimum of honesty. The other lawyers I contacted honestly told me they didn't want me to spend my money because they'd never dealt with a case like this before and that they would investigate first before telling me if they could do anything. But asking for money was the first thing Legal Group Denmark did. They're a very unprofessional and frustrating company. They're not honest people.
My host family and their friends are investigating this company, and some lawyers who heard about my situation want to help me get justice by filing a complaint. Immigration even recently told me to be careful from now on, because the visa law for Sosu is set in stone and can't really be circumvented, not even by a lawyer.

It was a very bad experience, and I will never contact them again for any reason.

[A few weeks ago, I posted this review because I really wanted people to know the truth about them, but they contacted me to ask me to remove my review and they were going to give me back some of my money. But it's almost a month since I posted it, and they haven't given me the money as promised. I had started legal proceedings against them with my host family because they are truly untrustworthy.]

I hope my advice will help you be careful.

Dear Kevine / Michelle

Due to Trustpilot's guidelines, we are unable to go into full detail here, but there is significantly more to this matter than what is described in your review.

We never guarantee outcomes—especially not in cases like these, where the final decision lies entirely with the authorities—so it seems there has been a misunderstanding. We are genuinely sorry for how the situation developed, but it is also important to clarify that you provided us with incorrect information about your case several times during the process.

Although we do not believe a refund is entirely fair given the work we performed, we still offered one to resolve the matter. As previously explained, we have repeatedly attempted to return the funds, but our bank continues to block the transfer due to incomplete or incorrect details on your part in response to the bank’s security inquiries, eg. using different names or providing incorrect information about your place of residence.

As mentioned we are only interested in solving this matter, but it is necessary to have your full cooperation.

My partner and I reached out to Legal Group Denmark to help with a visa under EU rules and residence for my Thai partner in a complicated context. Sumali was both very professional and helpful in navigating the process, as well as with her experience provided some calmness in what was for us quite stressful at times
